On my second visit, while I was sitting in the waiting room at the Jenks Ave address, a young man came through the front door and exclaimed he was way late (35 minutes) because he forgot the appointment. The girl (obese, short with a temperament to match) said no problem in her sweetest voice. I came in 13 minutes late due to an illness I had no control over and she said since I came in WAY late I would have to wait for over an hour. I left and won't be back.

My last straw at this facility was when I placed with a different therapist, never told why k was switched, doing all the same exercises as I had been doing for all my sessions (little to nothing in the routine changed and in therapy it should as you progress) and everything was explained different and felt different. When I was placed back with my original therapist, the therapist said my movements and form looked better...this shouldn't occur as a result of a new therapist, it should have been caught from day one; that's one reason people go to therapy- to learn better body mechanics to avoid injury or further injury. I surmised they are too busy with so many patients at any one time to have the time to care from day 1, so I left. Unfortunately I don't recommend. Two stars for the staff putting up with this kind of schedule, they are at the kind but the care is subpar.

My first visit there, which was my last visit. They worked on my neck and injured my neck. so I had to seek treatment for that for months. I'm sure they're pretty good in someways, but for me they were awful. Needless to say, I will never use them. The quality of care when it came to my neck and shoulder were nonexistent.
