The girl (obese, short with a temperament to match) said no problem in her sweetest voice. I came in 13 minutes late due to an illness I had no control over and she said since I came in WAY late I would have to wait for over an hour. I left and won't be back.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their communication skills are awful. To make things even worse, my neurologist -- the one who ordered the MRI -- is now refusing to review it herself and is instead having a physician assistant do it. What's the point of seeing a specialist if they won't even look at your results? Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients and knows how to communicate.
