Called me about 1pm to see if he missed the appointment, which apparently was my fault for not calling him to remind him. He gave me a slightly better price than another quote I got, and other reviews were good so I decided to hire him anyways with the understanding he would do the same work, which included fixing a corner where I had some rotted wood as well as power washing the gutters. Not only did the work begin two weeks before I expected, but not everything was done that I was told would be. I had to repeatedly ask about the rotted wood in the corner, which was never fixed, and Keith acted like it was not a big deal and that the temporary fix I had done meant it was "already fixed." When I brought up the gutters not being power washed he told me that I should do it. So now I will have to clean all the junk they scraped off my roof into the gutters myself. Despite being told I could call him anytime, I'm not sure what the point would be unless I wanted to be condescended to and lied to more. **Update: When confronted by my father, Keith proceeded to call me a liar. Where I would get the idea on my own of the gutters being power washed I am not sure, and I certainly would have hired another contractor if I had known that the wood rot would not be fixed as it was the whole reason I started having my roof looked at. Supposedly, I will have somebody looking into the wood rot in 2 weeks, at which time Keith will try to extract more money from me...

The roofers did a thorough job and went through our landscaping with a magnetic broom to pick up any errant nails. This year we needed a downspout rehung and leaves blown out of the gutters. I figured I'd call the roofing experts and let them also recaulk anywhere the caulk from 8 years ago might have pulled away over time. We want to keep things water-tight up there, especially when snow and ice melt can creep in anywhere gravity will take it. So Dave came out and talked to me about it. He got up on the roof to take pictures of the problem areas. He let me look at those pictures and would share them with the worker who would come out to do the tasks/repairs. Quality Exterior's price with the tear off, was lower than other quotes- without the price of the tear off. They were here for about 3 weeks- and did all the roofs. The craftsmanship was outstanding.
