I hired this company to install a gutter on my front porch for about $270. I contacted them to come back out, and they said the issue was due to a missing gutter apron. However, this was never mentioned or included in the original estimate, and now they are trying to charge additional money to fix a problem that should have been addressed during the initial install. Their own contract states the work would be completed in a workmanlike manner according to industry standards, yet the system as installed does not function properly. To their credit, they did come back out and mentioned offering a discounted solution--but I have not received any follow-up since then. At the end of the day, I paid for a working gutter system, and I don't think it's reasonable to be charged extra to correct an incomplete or improper installation. I would recommend getting very clear, detailed scope in writing before hiring.

When Josh came to inspection our roof and to provide an estimate of what our 40 year old home needed, the report was very detailed about what we needed to have done.
