I made arrangements and left my car overnight so they can to the process first thing on Sunday morning I came by later and pick my car Locked pristine as promised. Jose was there and suggested me to keep the wax treatment at least twice a year, so I am set for this periodical maintenance on my car. Location ones 7 days a week and staff is very nice, inside is comfortable the waiting room with wifi, coffee, tea and water available. I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Going back about about 15 years ago, I brought my car to AllTech and met the owner (knowledgeable, respectful and welcoming); I returned with other work, all good experiences. The original owner eventually sold though... It was only recently that I returned with a car with some needed work; refinishing the rims, change the rear tail lights and replace some rubber trim but the priority was the gas cap was not opening. I met the current owner (Andres) and he passed me over to his estimator (Eric). It was a simple repair and they quoted a fair price... I picked up the car and the car was back to working condition.... a week later I noticed a two gouges into the paint in the door panel (not fully chipped but clearly there). I called the shop and was told by Eric (estimator) that since more than a day passed I would have to show the owner (Andres). Andres wasn't available so I left a message... but no call back. Eric told me he spoke with him and he would call me within the next couple days but again no call back. Then a couple weeks passed and I'm now told by Eric that the owner unexpectedly had to go to Russia and would be back at the end of the week and he'd call. Of course no call after more than a week. I had come back today to try and finalize the pricing and show him what I wanted to actually get done same gentleman was helping me and then a few minutes later I believe the owner came out and sort of took over the conversation umm I went through the items and the first thing that threw me was to redo my 4 aluminum wheels back to stock finish they had a few road burns on them and other issues and I have priced this wheel correction out numerous times and most of the time it would come out to about $600 or $800 maximum. He began to spout pricing at ridiculously high values and for instance the four wheels he said $1300. I told him I said that's almost double everybody else's and he said I don't care! Which I proceeded to say I guess you've lost this sale and I headed out and he could care less... It's Saturday late afternoon, and I am taking care of my grandmother... she cannot walk without a walker and is virtually blind. We go to Publix, for some weekly food shopping and I attempt to drop her off in the drop off zone. I pull in, so I can get her out of the car and she sees there is more space, as a car in front of me now moved... she wants me to pull forward. Not thinking and wanting to appease my Grammie, as this is my time with her... I acquiesced. Immediately, scraping my car and my right side is covered in yellow and white from the Publix poles. I am so upset, mainly because on Monday, I needed to be in Doral for a new job... and?!?! How am I to show up like this??! I didn't know what to do... though, I thought of D, immediately. This man- at 4:52p on a Saturday, allows me to bring my grandmother home, unpack her groceries, and get there safely so he would be able to assess the damage. I arrive at A Showroom Finish at 5:45p... he calms me down and gives me his car... says to me to come back in two hours... he will take care of my baby Wilfried Rupert. He not only cleaned up this messymess... he cleaned up my lil fender bender that I got into last month... pushed everything back in place and minimized the scratching..
