I brought my Tesla Y in to get an estimate for some minor damage to the undercarriage. The tech asked if I could wait for half an hour and he took the car in and fixed it! At no charge!! I hit my bumper on the guard rail and took it in to get some work done. It is now July 2023 and I first took it in to get work done in october 2022. They are constantly ordering new parts and even some times they admitted they messed up fixing it and have to fix their mistake. 15 min before I was getting picked up to go on a cruise , I needed to run to cvs, as I pulled out of spot in parking garage I hit a low pole that was in my blind spot. the little hit touched my bumper, headlight, corner panel and couldn't open my door. My car was in accident and towed to east Boca I'm not familiar with the area and was searching online for all kinds of reviews to determine a bodyshop to go with. I'm very lucky the one I choose Alltech turned out actually to be the best and nothing compare to it. And thanks to Doug help from estimate to finish. There are a lot of body shops in the area and very hard to choose from and compare price, but truely couple things makes Alltech stand out to be the best in town is that they are very understandable, giving estimate from owner's perspective; and nice finish, I have hard to source parts they not only tried all channels to get it to me eventually but also finishes in fantastic job in painting, it looks better than original! Mechanically my pick up drives exactly feels the same as before the accident, I'm very grateful. Me and my family had couple experience with other body shops during the past but no one came close compare to Alltech, I felt like when you have accident choosing bodyshop is the last headache you want to have, and you will not have this headache with Alltech. Came here via my allstate claim to have my mirrors replaced. Walked in saw a gentleman on his computer he asked if I had an appointment I stated no I'm here through allstate to have my mirrors replaced. He asked for my estimate. As I gave it to him he was like ha good luck finding mirrors for $50 I told him I got them in a box in the car and told him I was told to order them. He then proceeds out to the car with me show him the damage, then he ask for new ones. He states these mirrors are not the same. I'm like I know that they are aftermarkets you are not gonna find the same mirrors after 10 years. Then goes on about the wiring, the comes with some other excuse, and states he has 30 yrs of experience with bmws. He then says he can't do it and give me some place that I couldn't trust with especially with him basically not being helpful from the jump especially since hey the guy referred me here. So I call allstate and they gave me a place where they can take care of me. And they sure did. Main thing I review with places is customer service and this place was poor in that aspect he like I said he was trying to get me out especially since the job ticket was on 200 something. Their guarantee is as good as gold! I came in with a bumper that needed to be repainted because whatever body shop replaced the bumper before I bought the car must have cut corners or not known what they were doing. Alltech repainted it for a fair price but something about the bumper made it so that a week after Alltech painted the paint started chipping. I brought it back and Alltech took care of it no problem. In fact, they put a whole new bumper on free of charge just to make sure that the problem didn't recur. Thank you Jason and everyone at Alltech. Wow, it's refreshing when you meet an honest businessman, I mean really honest. I called him about a small job to put some molding on my car. He told me over the phone that it would cost 50 dollars. I brought the car in thinking that was quite reasonable. So, he does the work, and I try to pay him 50 dollars - he says, "it only took me a few minutes, just give me 20 dollars." I was floored. Took my modded RX8 here because someone decided to put a hitch through my fiberglass front bumper. Thought I was going to have to order a whole new bumper since my car has a full body kit and it was a huge hole. But nope! They got my car in their shop a week from when I came in. Quoted 640, or around there.. Don't remember, came out to 720. Didn't care as much since I needed my car back bad. But when I asked about it, they told me for the extra $80 they not only fixed the giant hole flawlessly, but they also reinforced my whole bumper from running up on parking curbs and made it brand new. I have such an upset stomach from the experience I just had with Chris and Doug at Alltech. Mrs. G took her car there to get an estimate after my sixteen year old son rear ended her. The police were not called because there was no damage to our car and a little damage her bumper. Mrs. G got two estimates, One for $644 and the other for $614. I told her to pick the place that was most convenient for her. She took it to Alltech which was the $644 estimate. When she took in the car to be fixed she told them that I would be paying for it and it would not be going through insurance. About an hour later, I am getting a call that the cost is now going to be $975(not $644) because when they took off the bumper there was a small dent. I truly feel that they took advantage of Mrs. G and myself because there was not an insurance adjuster/company involved. I don't understand how they could be that far off on an estimate. The damage on the bumper was so minor and with no damage to my car I don't understand how there could be more damage behind the bumper. They already had the car taken apart at this point and Mrs. G had been so nice to not charge me for a rental car that I didn't want to inconvenience her anymore so I had no other choice but to have them move forward and for me to agree to pay them an additional $325+ dollars. read more
