It went through 3 Allstate recommended shops including a Mercedes Certified repair center with dismal results including paint not buffed out, trunk did not fit right and last one let me have the car with the trunk not opening. Jason was excellent. They took the car, repaired it and returned it to me like it should be. The second time was from a road hazard that gouged out underneath the bumper and rocker panel. I took it straight to Jason because I knew he would repair it like it should be. I also knew Allstate would not cover the cost of the repair there, but I wanted it right and was willing to pay any costs Allstate denied out of my own pocket {$1300}. Again, I got the car back like it should be. I can't say enough great things about every part of their operation that I encountered.

Jason was able to perfectly repair the damage to both front and rear doors without requiring new door skins. They also worked with the insurance company on my behalf through the process. Jason did a wonderful job and Stephanie kept me informed several times each week as to the progress. Upon completion, my car was detailed completely and looks as good as new inside and out. I give Xtreme Auto my highest recommendation. Thanks Jason and Stephanie for a job well done!

I brought my brand-new 2025 Kia K4 here for a simple hood paint job on Thursday, July 9th. I was explicitly told the car would be done by Monday, July 13th. I never would have left my vehicle with them if I knew it was going to take a week and a day to finish a basic hood painting. The entire experience was a complete nightmare: Zero Updates & Constant Runaround: I was never given a single proactive update; I had to consistently call them just to find out what was happening. On Monday the 13th, they put me on hold for 10 minutes straight. When I called back multiple times, they kept forcing me onto hold again and again. It wasn't until I finally had to get loud over the phone that anyone would actually give me an answer. Ignored Correspondence: In an effort to see what I was signing, I emailed the assistant manager twice specifically requesting the disclosure paperwork ahead of time, but I received absolutely no response. Severe Painting Delays & Excuses: The vehicle didn't even get painted until Wednesday, July 15th, nearly a week after I dropped it off. They had a massive run in the paint on the first attempt. The manager tried to excuse this by claiming they were short-handed and had to completely redo it because of the run, all while trying to hide behind their disclosures. Day-by-Day Delays: They continued to delay the completion date day by day without providing any real proactive communication about the holdup. Lying About Readiness: When I finally went to pick it up, the staff lied and claimed they had called me yesterday (Thursday) to say it was ready. In reality, the very first call I received stated the vehicle would be ready by 10:00 AM on Friday, July 17th. Charging for Unperformed Labor: My itemized invoice explicitly charged me $25.00 for "R&I Assembly" to reinstall my factory hood emblem. When I checked the car, the emblem wasn't reinstalled at all, it was just tossed into the center console cup holder. Hiding Behind Wall Signs: When confronted at the counter, the manager actually tried to point to a lobby sign regarding "used adhesive letters or emblems" to excuse the fact that they hadn't done the work. When I pointed out that they itemized and charged me for it, they completely shifted their story, saying they "typically don't do it because they break," but since mine didn't break, they would "do the exception" and put it on right then. They essentially admitted they charged me for labor they had no intention of performing until I called them out on it. Substandard Quality: To make matters worse, they tracked white compounding residue and sanding dust all over the front passenger floor mat of my brand-new car. Once out in the daylight, the new paint job shows highly visible craters and fisheyes in the clear coat finish. They rushed me through paying credit and forced a signature on a completion certificate just so I could get my keys and escape their lobby. Corporate has been formally contacted with full photo documentation, an audio transcript of the counter interaction, and a demand for a billing adjustment. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle
