I called at 2 in the afternoon. I will spare you the gory details , but 10 days and $14,000 later, the had torn up my dry wall in 2 room, cabinets and baseboards, ruined my countertops which all now need to be replaced and-NEVER CLEANED KITCHEN CLEANOUT, NOR LOOKED FOR LEAK! I hired a plumber after they left, who found the leak in 10 minutes, and had it repaired to minutes after that. Best part? Adjuster came, saw the small-still existing leak, and all the damage done by Roto-Rooter, denied the claim. They claimed I needed water remediation, mold remediation, Lead testing, asbestos testing, and although no lead or asbestos was found, charged for remediation of those, too. The mold found was tiny, they apparently have connections with the testing companies, they double charged for some things. They charged extra for nights and weekends, although there was no emergency. They saw me coming, I guess, and I trusted this known name. They business is model is deceptive, there charges were fraudulent, and although I probably could have won a lawsuit (on the billables alone, there are alit of shady, if not illegal things. But they wore me out. I paid it. But YOU DON'T HAVE TO. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON. (I very rarely leave bad reviews. But they were so egregiously bad that I wanted to warn as many people as possible. ​ i would like to amend this review to make it worse, because not only did they do all of this, but today I just found out that despite paying them in full, which I only did, because my mental health was suffering, they still filed a lien against my property. A full five days after I paid in full. In the comments below is pretty funny that they couldn't find me in their records since I have about twenty letters from them.But I will be contacting her in person. Of course.When you do try to call them, they don't ever answer.Unless you owe them money it will be interesting to see if this woman ever gets back to me.

He came out the morning of my first call, and showed up at each point that he was supposed to show up. It was done within a week, and two days. (the drying time with dehumidifiers and industrial fans took 7 days). He had some good suggestions about prevention of further leaks also. I recommend! This company is somewhat pricey, but they are worth it. In the past I have supported the carpet cleaning company called "Dirt Busters"; however, the owners of Dirt Busters retired and sold the company. Their work is very substandard. When confronted with the job not done they wanted to charge me more. They overcharged for service that didn't make mathematical sense. They brought in dirty dehumidifiers into my home causing my family and I to get sick, and then victim blamed saying my home was dirty, even though I have proof my home was dust free! They tell you what you want to hear them wreck your home. Please do not hire. They only care about money and not protecting you or your home. Edit; The owner is saying my claims are untrue. That's why I posted pictures so you can see for yourself! They'll leave your home in a mess and destroy your home. They will claim you make up allegations and refuse to acknowledgment of any wrong doing or damages. Pictures tell the story and I wish I could post all of them. The first picture is my carpet, brand new home, has a white wash where they spilled paint and poorly attempted to clean it, let's not forget they removed the wrong wall in remediation and over charged me for 2000sf of insulation removal but to return the same volume was 1000sf! Oh and they punctured the water lines while stapling the plastic up to the wall, so when we got home, the main water was turned on and it poured into my exposed bathroom wall! They claimed I never let them know about incomplete work yet the date of that message shows that I contacted them, followed up by a phone call. They also tried 2 times to manipulate the post remediation testing by leaving air scrubbers running and attempting to return to my home, which we weren't here for the entire remediation, to turn off the machine right before the mold testing company arrived. The list of dirty laundry and why you should avoid this company is continuous! They're also disputing and trying to remove my reviews! Too bad she can't pull it off of here. Heed warning, go with a bigger company that cares.

CRDN of North Florida was chosen by our insurance company for restoration of linens damaged after a…read morewater leak in the roof. This was in Sept. of 2022. It is now Feb. of 2025. The linens were completed as per contract and the job was done well. No problems with the work performed. Only problem was that CRDN never provided a bill to the insurance company for the reimbursement (Verified with the insurance company) nor even provided to us. Under the understanding that the insurance company hired CRDN for the job, and that we never received a bill, a phone call, an email, etc. we had assumed that the bill was submitted to the insurance company. Low and behold, 28 months had passed, and we receive a letter from a lawyer for the collections of the bills total and interest accrued ($300+) over the 28 months. Not one time in the 28 months had we received a phone call, letter, email regarding this issue of non-payment. Per the lawyer's contract with CRDN, CRDN wasn't allowed to communicate with us regarding why 28 months had passed without notification regarding this issue. In order to close this process and not accrue further interest and additional lawyer's fees, we paid the amount. So, the moral of this story is the age old one of "Buyer Beware", demand that CRDN provide proof that the bill was filed with the insurance company and demand a written notification that they had received payment from the insurance company so that 28 months later you are paying the bill and associated interest accrued due to CRDN's poor ability to manage their dealings with their customers
