Dear Av Resuello, Medical Group, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful interaction I experience when calling your office to confirm my appointment. During my call, the first staff member informed me that she could not locate my information and then place me on hold. After several minutes, another person picked up the line and greeted me as if I were a brand-new caller, with no acknowledgment that I had already been on hold. When I expressed the confusion and frustration about the situation, instead of listening or asking what the issue was, that staff member immediately. Stated that the police would be called if I came to the office. The response was completely inappropriate, unnecessary and highly unprofessional. At no point did I threaten anyone. I was simply trying to understand what had happened with my call and my appointment. Being met with that kind of hostility is unacceptable, especially from a medical office where professionalism, respect, and commotional should be top priorities. I am requesting that this incident be properly investigated and that the staff involved receive corrective action, whether that be disciplinary measures or formal retraining on communication, phone etiquette and de-escalation skills. Patient should never feel dismissed or theater when trying to receive assistance. I would also like to mention that when the agent who was assisting me called the office on my behalf, that same staff member spoke to her in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner as well. This shows that the issue is not isolated and that the way customer and even other professional are being spoken to need to be addressed. Please take this matter seriously and ensure that no other patient has toa experience what I did. First of all, she's a pediatrician! My cardiologist sent me there for a PCP referral (I'm a senior). I walk in to a room full of people (mostly children) and had to ask a child where to check in because the registration 'window' is completely covered with papers/signs/notices ... seriously can't even tell there's a window there. The only door is semi blocked so it took me a while to see that you have to knock on the door (wth) to even get someone to recognize that you are there. I don't even know what to say about quality of care. So bad! I waited over 3 hours and when I finally got in through the door it is littered with unnecessary furniture and obstacles so it makes it hard to walk through the hallways and get in the exam room, which is an office. I get it, it's a small business and you use what you have but this was extreme. The 'nurse' took all my info, then the doctor came in and did do a good background on me, except for wanting to change all my heart medications without first consulting my cardiologist. Then they made a huge mistake by typing in my name wrong on all the records so between them, my insurance claim, and CVS I now have 3 aliases and none of them are me so it's been a month and I'm still trying to get that fixed. It's really hard to get through to the office. The main number rings and rings and then magically disconnects. IMPOSSIBLE to get through, on a regular basis. When the doctor asked me when I wanted to go back for recheck, I asked for a day that wasn't as busy so I didn't have to wait three hours. She LAUGHED and said it was always like that. Wow. I did make an appointment but have been trying every day calling back to back for 20 minutes during lunch to get through to cancel. I will fax them along with a copy of this review and hopefully they will improve their services to other patients. Worst of all, the parking lot is horrid. There is one way in - one way out. Not enough parking for everyone so best of luck if you have big car/suv. I had to go around the block twice to realize the entrance is on the side street and getting out I had to back out of the IN way because I couldn't make the turn around the building to get out the out way. read more

6 months ago The front office secretary "Len" is the worst!! Very rude, very unprofessional, disorganized, bad attitude, and thinks she owns the practice! Scheduling is bad enough, wait times are a different story! You walk in and they overbook every single day always full, the clinic is small, tight claustrophobic that you can smell other patients! They make you wait for hours even though you have an appointment or you arrive early. No consideration for people with disabilities, with children, with elderly and people with anxiety waiting to be seen! My mom used to go here because she really liked Dr. Rusuello, she's nice lady and easy to talk to... but really if want you want a thorough check up and your health is quite complicated then this might not be the clinic for you. I am giving the front office ZERO 0 if I can, I literally just had a meltdown in front of other people today for making me wait for an hour and half while being present on time, and when I asked "Len" when can I be seen because I have errands to do after and waited for over an hour she simply answered me to just go home, or come back after my errands or reschedule, mind you that I already wasted my time waiting in the car. She also insisted that she doesn't know what time I'll be seen, wth right? I told her what do you mean you don't know, I clearly have an appointment and you booked me that appointment so why say u don't know. She also said she doesn't have to explain to me, and I'm like lady!! , u have to explain to me because Iam a patient and I pay you guys with my private insurance, I deserve to know! She told me to calm down and don't raise my voice, I am a professional and I am a Registered Nurse I would never raise my voice like that if she didn't answer me by saying that if I can't wait anymore after an hour and half then I should just go home, run my errands or reschedule! So while saying this, I told her will never come back to this office because of how inconsiderate they are for their patients and she said "you don't have to" well guess what Lady, I don't have to see your face anymore, experience your rudeness and won't have to deal with your craziness! I told Dr. Ruseullo about the incident and how disappointed I am, she promised that she will talk to her, 8 days ago there was another review of this clinic and same experience! I'm sure there are more. I have been seeing Dr Rusuello for like 3 years now along with my husband and mom, we're all leaving and GOOD luck to Other patients who will come here and experience it. Patients don't deserve to be treated like this anywhere! "Len" go back to school and learn some manners or even take a crash course about dealing with anger management and how to treat clients! Don't act like you own the place lady... especially if you are the first one that a patient see! It just gives a wrong impression to Dr. Rusuello and 100 percent will be affected by it. Waiting time is atleast 3 hrs and you see the doctor for 5 mins.. They want to get your co pay first before you see the doc which could take hoursssssss... Office is small and parking lot is so limited and youll be afraid to park your car in a narrow space.. read more

This is the worst place ever! Service is trash and they don't care about you. When waiting it is at least 3 hours even with an appointment, the front desk is very rude and pretend that your not there. The ladies at the front desk make mistakes all the time and even lose your lab results. Very unprofessional, another complaint is that they tell you things without even looking at your medical record. The only reason i went here was because it was the first one i called and got a quick date for USCIS physical, but if i would have known i would have to be stressed and spend more than 2 weeks at this place because they lose lab results, they don't call you when results are there, and they don't value you. The worst place ever. The Dr. does not care, prescribing medicine for something my family member didn't even have/even talked about. Coming here is more dangerous than helpful. While checking her heartbeat I saw she didn't even actually put the stethoscope on her back. Ending the visit with " So are we done here"? No explanation of anything, had an attitude when asked if she could repeat something, very rushed, didn't explain any side effects of the medicine read more

These people DO NOT CARE!!! I called 3 times to make sure my health insurance would cover for my immigration health exam and they told me 3 times it would. They told me I had to get there before 4pm because they close at 4:30pm. I left work early picked up my family and got there at 3:30pm checked in and filled out all paperwork needed. After waiting long hours with my 2 months newborn baby, wife and son they told my insurance would not cover and I would have to pay double the price. WHAT!!!!!! It was 5:40pm by the time. I told them to at least give us a discount since it was my wife and my son doing the immigration health exam. Guess what?! they didn't care. A lot of improvements since the last time I came. Shorter wait time, and a new staff that is patient and willing to help.

Here with my mom for her lab result for god sake the waiting time is like forever and the doctor is just gonna take her blood pressure and pulse rate give prescription then were good to go... Worst parking space. Worst waiting time. Even if there's only a few people ahead of you, you're going to wait for 2-3 hours just to talk to the doctor for 5 mins. Like seriously? I'm telling you. Just find some place else. There's a lot of good doctors in Vegas. You know its ok to wait but not for 2-3 hours just for 5minute talk!! If the place gets busy, goodluck in finding a parking spot. I've known Dr Resuello since I was a little girl, she is one of the most intelligent doctors in Las Vegas, BUT the wait times are 2-4 hours and there is absolutely no parking. It seems to me they schedule as many patients as they can at the same time. It's best to make your appointment first thing in the morning but still expect to wait 1-3 hours. Plan your whole day around waiting to be seen by the doctor. read more
