I've been seeing Dr. Wolfson and Dr. Harlson since I originally moved to Las Vegas in 2014, and every step of the way both Dr. Harlson and Dr. Wolfson listen, take care and work super diligently to make sure their patients are taken care of and not to mention they have one of the longest running employed and most friendly staff. I know everytime I go even if it's just for a prescription refill, that if I am feeling unwell in anyway shape or form they take on every concern with great care and professionalism. I won't change my doctor until he decides to retire. Big shout out to the staff and everyone making this establishment continue. I wouldn't be here without you. read more

Our family's experience with Wolfson Medical Center has been consistently disappointing. My father has had multiple negative encounters with the reception staff, management, and CNAs. The overall atmosphere in the office is unwelcoming staff members often come across as condescending and uninterested in helping patients. As someone who has worked in upper management, I recognize that behavior like this usually reflects the culture set by leadership. My father voiced his concerns to his doctor, but nothing seemed to change. When I later spoke with the manager, Jaime, she was dismissive and failed to offer even a basic apology for her team's behavior. Her tone and lack of concern made it clear why the staff act the way they do it's tolerated. I also don't understand why patients aren't being contacted by doctors to discuss their medical results. In my father's case, a CNA or staff (not a doctor) called to review his test results, and the interaction was abrupt and confusing. It's unacceptable that a patient dealing with an issue would be treated with so little care or professionalism. Overall, I do not recommend this facility. The reception, medical assistants, and management are disorganized, rude, and seem more interested in proving a point than supporting patients. My wife has a growth on her neck. The staff at Wilson Medical helped us understand what is going on. They also made sure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After taking her to get the various tests, I was stressed. Didn't fully understand what every thing ment. I stopped off to give them the results of the tests, They helped me calm down and went over everything with me until I fully understood it all. Something that the Hospital probably should have done but was too busy to do. Hopefully we don't have to go through anything like this again. I have been a patient of Dr. Wolfson for eight years and he's an excellent doctor but his staff have a serious attitude problem they are rude and obnoxious and especially the one that works at front desk she acts like she hates her job and that's really bad for a health care business. I have been trying to get a prior authorization for a medication that requires a prior authorization and it has been three months and she hasn't sent it yet and every time I call her to ask to send a prior authorization she makes up excuses and give me an attitude also the insurance company asked them to send my prescriptions to their pharmacy and she didn't do it this medical assistant has a serious problem and he doesn't do nothing about it and every time I complain to him about his staff it just goes from one ear through the other. Dr. Wolfson is full aware of the bad attitude of his staff especially the one that works at front desk at Tropicana office but he wouldn't do anything about it this is very poor patient care and because they take their sweet time to send a referral and a prior authorization in my opinion is considered patient neglect and senior citizens mental abuse read more

Got recommended to this place by my coworker (we work in healthcare.) I was scheduled and seen promptly. I had previous bad experiences with doctors at other places so I hadn't gone in a while.. Wait times are expected on arrival. Eric PA was great. He listened to my symptoms (I had listed and ready) and made the appropriate referrals and they took the proper labs. So this the only way the doctor can find out they cut out early for lunch don't answer the phones when pharmacies call on behalf of patients. His answering service let's phone ring then disconnects. The Doctor was great! I had suggested that my husband see him. Made an appointment. My husband caught covid and couldn't keep his appointment because he was in the ER with covid. Proof!! When I needed to schedule him an appointment after he was over covid . The manager coded him because we called in the same day to cancel. Excuse me.. he was in the hospital... So ok 1 year later I call to make an appointment for a physical. The code was still there but they removed it. Made an appointment for tomorrow. Do Not I repeat do not use this practice. The staff is rude. The practice is poorly run. The doctor tried to put me on a walk in basis because I had three same day schedules in 7 years of going to him. I am a 32 year nurse I have never seen such horrible treatment of patients as customers. I am a patient with no medical problems but see him twice a year for an anti depressant. I am the easiest most compliant patient ever. He runs his practice terribly. I put up with his rude staff for years because his PA Eric Harrelson is good.
