My grandmother attended this location for a few months.. she is a senior citizen who is disabled and benefitted from the services here. Yesterday, on backing out of the parking lot after her session (from which she was exhausted) she accidentally and unknowingly backed into the car behind her. She has a lift attached for her scooter and it typically will make noise so thinking nothing of it she kept driving. This is when she received a nasty call from the receptionist Angelica who 1. Got her contact information from her file which shouldn't be accessed for anything other than business related information and 2. Proceeded to yell and cuss at my grandmother. My grandmother was completely apologetic and compliant and gave her all the insurance information she needed to make a claim. This was not enough for the young lady who continued to disrespect my elderly grandmother. After speaking with the director, Christina, who defended the employee the whole time and did not mention anything about coaching or any disciplinary action toward the young woman nor apologized on her behalf. My grandmother reached out multiple times to see if the young lady got everything taken care of with the insurance and was responded to with rudeness every time. She suffered from severe anxiety from this encounter and we hope to never experience anything like this again.

From the beginning did not feel like I as in a professional facility much less a medical one…read more Run down place, sign missing letters, hallway could use fresh paint, ceiling tiles replaced, even the vital blood pressure cuff they used on me should be thrown away, was old. Staff was friendly but seemed young and just clerks, not really certified as a professional physical therapist. Did not seem very motivated, and the main staff person I assume to be office manager was wearing black sweat pants and a black hooded top. After massive paper work, I had to wait for the Doctor, which I could hear in one of the rooms. The longer I waited the more I felt as if I was not going to get the best care for my symptoms. I felt more like it was a room rented in a third world country, some strip mall just to go through the motions and perhaps get paid by insurance/lawyers. Even though previously on the phone they said they had massage, it was not from a massage therapist, but by one of the clerks who the staff said they train. After I got very weary the longer I was there, and confirmed it was lacking my needs, in the caliber and high standards I would expect a medical facility to provide, I left.

an hour ago NEW I…read moredon't recommend this place for anyone , my uncle was taken here and they didn't do they're god damn job my uncle was left pissed on with them knowing he needed to be changed ... he's not able to function his legs , his bed sheets needed to be changed and washed and it was never done my aunt had to go do they're god damn job for all of them horrible care givers , he's fallen a couple time and has only been there for about a week and now he's in the damn hospital fighting for his life don't let your family be treated this way , they literally take they're time to clean the areas up , they leave clients piss on the floor and this place is so unsanitary for anyone to be taken care of , they ignore they're patients when they're trying to talk to them with a pass by and never heard a thing! And that's just ridiculous!!!! But they're doing a good job talking about how nice and taken care of they're patients are and that's a bunch of bullshit , keep on taking they're money and insurance for a horrible job they're doing .
