I love how thin feels! When my husband was unable to lose significant weight on his own, his cardiologist sent him to a weight loss program. I heard about Results22 from 2 friends who had great results. I had been trying to loose that pesty 10 lbs I had slowly gained for the past 3-4 years without any results! I would call myself "skinny-fat" I am not extremely overweight, maybe 10-12 pounds of my ideal weight, but the pounds keep creeping up every year. My only regret is not finding Ed sooner. I spent months jumping from one diet to another and visiting different nutritionists. I wasn't happy or healthy and I wanted to change. Some of the diets worked short-term but I continued my bad habits because the diets allowed for "cheats" occasionally. But my nightcaps and snacks just kept adding on the pounds although I was "dieting" and watching what I ate. What Ed did was not introduce a diet but a complete lifestyle makeover. His dynamic personality and upfront way of communication was just what I need to realize the changes I needed to make. Every week he motivated me and taught me new things about healthy eating through facts and visuals. There were a couple of times that I didn't lose weight in one week and he quickly figured out what I was doing wrong. Again - snacking on nuts at night. I can't say enough positive things about Results 22. I started this journey back on April 1st and had hoped to lose 50 pounds. Today will be my last weigh in (before I start the maintenance) and I have lost 61 pounds; of which 51 pounds was all FAT. For a woman in her mid-forties that isn't too bad. I have lost over 10 inches in my hips and 8 inches in my stomach. Before I came to Results 22 I didn't understand the difference between losing weight and losing fat. I joined Ideal Protein at this location in early August. I just started week 10. Although it has not been easy, it works. The reason I picked this location was it was close to my home. This woman i know lost alot of weight, and I asked her how she did it? She had lost ALOT of weight. She could NOT have been ruder to me. When I asked her ?s about how hard it was, was there "suffering" Lol involved, she actually said to me. "Obviously you like to be a victim. Dont even bother to do it. Your'e just going to waste your time and money! They dont HOLD YOUR HAND THERE.You walk in, they weigh you, and say GOOD JOB. And then you leave. Well, you know what I did next. I JOINED. I started the Ideal Protein diet 12 weeks ago and have lost 35 pounds. If you stop reading after my first sentence I think that says it all. This diet works, and every single staff member at Results 22 is so kind, motivating, and friendly. About 2 months into the program I was a bridesmaid at my friends wedding. I have never been motivated to write a review for any product or service that I have received before. I began my journey with the Results 22 in mid-January. I had always considered myself a "healthy person". I ate right and exercised daily. For the past 2 years or so no matter what I did, I just couldn't lose the weight. I always see my doctor for an annual physical. I was prescribed pills to help me with my increasingly high numbers on my lab reports for blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight, and blood pressure.
