The staff, while friendly but, engaged in misleading practices regarding the products used. Called and scheduled for Botox, shared a promotion for this service. Then in office kept asking what type of Botox I used. Botox is the brand. They then bait and switched giving Jeuveau. Ok, it's been injected, I'll try this other product but then... The placement of the injections was done incorrectly, and left embarrassing results. Visiting an alternative, highly accredited doctor, it was confirmed by the other Doctor I went to correct this with the additional burden of cost of corrective treatment. MDVentures' response was dismissive and lacked empathy. While they offered a follow-up appointment, this doesn't address the initial issue, the financial burden caused, or the loss of trust in their services. I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution when considering this provider.

This was his first time getting an IV Drip and Claire was his nurse. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and could see my husband was exhausted. She made the whole experience comfortable and we were out within an hour and a half. It cost $225 to get him two doses of anti nausea and a liter of their Myers cocktail. He didn't feel the relief immediately but it helped significantly and he regrets not getting a second liter. It absolutely helped turn everything in the right direction, either way. After three days of being in bed, this is what got him moving again. Can't recommend this place enough for low energy, upset stomach, mood swings, and so on. The office itself was also clean and inviting with some retail. They are a full MedSpa and offer laser facials as well as laser hair removal, skin tightening, and so on.
