Any worries were so unnecessary as he was exactly what we needed at the time. Having a practitioner that is so in tune, so caring and genuine was a contrast to what I had experienced throughout the pregnancy. I felt so comfortable with Dr Dan as did my daughter. The expression on her face once he was done adjusting her said it all, totally relaxed, cooing and smiling. Now myself, my older son and husband are all under Dr Dan's care. The biggest revelation from seeing Dr Dan- feeling pretty bleh had become my baseline, I had no idea what feeling really good was like. After insurance it was a manageable price. I didn't commit myself to eating healthy so I didn't loose a lot of weight (just 14) but I consider my progress a huge success. This is, without a doubt, the worst-run doctor's office we've ever experienced. The front desk…read morestaff is consistently rude and seems unhappy to be there. They don't even know which insurance plans they accept--every one of our claims was incorrectly filed as out-of-network when they were actually in-network. Fixing this has been a major hassle, and despite multiple messages asking for the billing manager to call us back, no one has returned our calls. Instead, we were told that the doctor's wife handles billing, but no one knows when she comes in. We are now receiving final bill notices, yet the office has locked us out of the patient portal due to non-payment, making it impossible to access our records or communicate through that system. When my wife asked how she could reach her doctor or someone who could help, she was told to use the portal--the very one we had been locked out of. All we are trying to do is get them to resubmit these claims correctly as in-network so we can pay the bill and move on. That's it. And yet, we're met with roadblock after roadblock. To top it off, they advertise themselves as a concierge practice, which is laughable. Concierge medicine is supposed to provide premium care, personalized attention, and easy access to the physician and staff. Here, they don't even answer the phone over lunch. Why not stagger lunch breaks like any other service-oriented business instead of shutting down entirely? The final straw was when my wife--who is battling stage 4 cancer--called for the third time to resolve this, only to be scolded for trying to fix a 2024 billing issue in 2025. Unfortunately, we had more pressing matters last year. We're done. As soon as this gets resolved, we'll be finding a new doctor. If you're considering this practice, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

These Treatments compromised her immune system for Days afterwards. At times she had to use a wheelchair, couldn't drive and was pretty much confined to her home. Being a single mother became more difficult. But she did her best. The SPS Specialist told her there was no cure and the disease had no remission possibility. She seemed to be getting slowly worse. (I was mismatched with the wrong subject area to begin with.) Not to mention...horrid note taking and often had to request my visit summaries with detailed doctor notes which were hurried at best. Inconsistent lab quality - bizarre results other doctors even questioned. Unclear on their lab storage and transportation practices. Lab draws- one of the most painful needle insertions of my life and I have highly visible veins! Poorly trained or very distracted nurses here and there. For some lab tests they make the patient do the paperwork! Other functional medicine practices (all seem to lack operational funding) at least manage this aspect of care. And overall, my previous provider missed a lot of key markers. I'm grateful for some initial tests but the root cause could have been identified with the right tests I did with another practice. And their peptides are priced higher for same amount than other places.
