The work was completed in ~3-1/2 hrs and it came out looking great. Their shop is neat and clean and they offered the best price for a quality ceramic tint out of 4 total bids I got. My experience with Arturo who works at CeramicPro's location is still to be determined .... Could be 5/5 could be 1/5 - for now it's been averaged (5 + 1)/2 = 3 . Which I will update to a 5 or a 1 when I hear back from either Art or Kevin. Though it took forever for him to get back with me... Art (their tint guy) got me in the same day, for tint of my entire vehicle. They were competitively priced for a full car Ceramic tint. And the results look great! "Our films have a lifetime warranty...We use CeramicPro! We're in the same complex but we're in the far end! We do in shop " Art seemed to be experienced, informed and skilled as an installer. I met with Kevin the owner (mentioned in multiple reviews) who was cordial and welcoming - clearly vested in his business. Professional set up with several higher end vehicles being worked on... My only hesitation at this time In referring other clients yet is that I've asked Art (their tint installer) repeatedly for a receipt and the warranty information for the "ceramic" kavaca tint product, that was allegedly put on my Lexus GX 550. No invoice or receipt was generated. Once the car was done, I paid immediately, and I was told my receipt and warranty information would be emailed or texted to me when Art got home, however 3 days later, 4 texts and a full voicemail and NO response..... nothing. I have a sinking suspicion that an inferior carbon dyed tint material was applied to my vehicle and I was told that it was the Ceramic Pro Kavaca, despite confirming 3 times with Art regarding the ceramic tint we had agreed upon. If this is the case I am REALLY not happy (1 rating) because now the entire vehicle has to have the tint removed and reapplied with a ceramic product as promised. This for me is a serious headache and time sink - as now I have to sit there and watch the tint being applied to assure it's not a cheap alternative as before... Apart from that - whichever tint was used has considerably reduced heat in my vehicle. And frankly it looks great with just a smattering of tiny bubbles and tiny creases that are normal after initial application, and should disappear in the coming week. Again this was either a 5 + star or a minus 1 star experience, depending on whether i was told the truth. Either way I still need a business receipt and invoice - which I have yet to receive. Though I haven't had PPF done with them yet, I was considering getting a quote for my next new vehicle which is on order. I had also planned on having tint done on 3 of my other vehicles, and fully intend to recommend them to other clients (once Art closes the loop with me on my receipt requests and confirms that there wasn't a bait and switch, and ceramic kavaca tint wasn't swapped for the dyed carbon product nestled at the back of his workshop). Will update this review once I have some closure - one way or the other.. I'm waiting to hear back from Art or Kevin with my invoice and receipt. Update 6/1/26 - Still no invoice, and as feared - the tint done on my car was NOT the ceramic product as promised... and Art claims it's a "misunderstanding," which it is NOT. He told me the tint would be ceramic kavaca.... **** Lesson learned - "trust but verify" - make sure you have an INVOICE in writing before considering going here .. and you probably want to wait and watch the install to assure you are getting the product that was promised. Will meet face to face with Art this week and see what will be done and update accordingly. Very disappointed as the install was otherwise well done - and I thought this would be my go to place for my bmws Porsches ... and now have to look at having it removed and redone .. New Update: Arturo agreed to make things right, remove the incorrect tint, and assure the agreed upon ceramic product is applied. If he makes good on this will redo this review to 5 stars and consider bringing the other 4 vehicles to Ceramic Pro.

He could have easily taken my money and gotten me in sooner, but instead he advised me to wait about a month before applying the ceramic coating so it would bond better and last longer. Then, when heavy rain was in the forecast, he recommended waiting until we had a clear stretch of weather so the rain wouldn't affect the fresh coating. Most detailers would have just taken the car at the first available opening -- Robert clearly puts quality ahead of his convenience and profit. As for the results, the job is perfect.
