Scott went above and beyond for our family. I got into a fender bender and needed the front grille on my Infiniti fixed. He worked quickly with insurance and got all the parts ordered within a couple of days. We also ran into a major issue with my brakes , which he had his master mechanic look at and was able to diagnose the issue and repair them in a timely manner, keeping us updated every step of the way. He even went as far to lend us one of his shop cars that was not in use so we did not have to pay for a rental the whole time my car was in the shop, because he knew we we're struggling with our financial situation. My car looks as good as new and I feel confident that I can drive it safely with my kids now! He even cleaned my car inside and out prior to pickup. Thank you Scott for everything! After my son put a soccer ball shaped dent in the side of my car I shopped around for a dent repair option. The first location I went (which will remain nameless) quoted me $400 and told me they would need the car for an entire day. I wasn't altogether shocked by this, but it was higher than I had hoped. I called a couple other local mobile dent repair options and they were difficult to get a hold of or a quote from. Finally, I stopped by enhanced certified collision center, and before I could even walk in the front office, Jordan walked out to greet me, and ask how she could help. I showed her the dent, and she immediately identified that they would be able to help with that relatively easily. Scott then came out while we were talking and he also took one look at the dent and was sure he could make a drastic improvement with very little effort. He retrieved a dent removal tool, and within 20 seconds had 90% of the dent repaired. Without hesitation, he asked if I could wait for 10 minutes while they worked the rest of the dent out, and I was already more than happy to oblige. True to his word, Scott came back to me within 10 minutes and the dent had all but completely vanished. Best of all, he did this free of charge, because... Well, I don't know why he did it free of charge. All I can say is that this company has terrific employees, terrific service, and a great appreciation for the local community. I will bring my car to these fine folk for everything else related to collision repair or dent repair from here on out! I took my car to Enhanced Certified Collision Center for minor bumper repairs. Their quote came in the lowest of the 4 quotes I got and was much lower than one of them. The quote was to replace the whole bumper but when they started the work they found the bumper was still usable and they fixed it instead. In a day where customer service and passion for craft has gone out the window, it was incredibly refreshing to be working with a true professional. Our vehicle was in need of repair after it was hit (not our fault) in the parking lot during the crazy January storms. Dealing with insurance was the first hurdle, waiting for the dealer to ship the correct brand name parts, the next. We were also dealing with a strict timeline to get our vehicle back- but Scott made it happen. He has a keen sense of detail and sets very high standards for his work, which seems almost unheard of these days (in any industry). His prices were fair, and to be honest, when he offered to finish our repairs/repaint after business hours to meet our deadline, I felt like he was more than worth his weight in gold. This is going to be long , but I have a lot to say. I've never written a review before - not even for an Amazon product. About a month ago I noticed paint bubbling and peeling along one side of the back window of my '16 Honda Civic. Panic. I went right to Sunset Honda in Atascadero and was sent directly to Honda in SLO. Area was photographed and measured and then I was sent to Scott at Enhanced Certified Collision Center in SLO, to get an estimate to send to Honda Co, as it was obviously a paint defect. Scott photographed and measured and info was sent to Sunset then to Honda. Several days later I was informed that Honda wouldn't cover it as I was past the extended paint warranty. Research showed that other white '16 Civics had the same issue. More panic and sleepless nights..wondering what to do and what it was going to cost me to have it fixed. I'm of the age that this is will be my last car and I love it . Do I have to sell belongings to pay for it to be repaired? I know good auto shops in North Co..living in Atascadero...but I took a chance and called Scott to see what the estimate would be for repair. He listened as I embarrassingly cried. He was patient and kind and answered my questions and assured me that everything would work out. I picked up my car yesterday. It is beautiful. I thought that they had cleaned the windshield, but upon closer look the car was washed and the inside was detailed beautifully. It looks as though it came right from the factory. When I picked up my car, I casually asked Scott if they do something to repair foggy looking headlamps. He immediately got out a buffer and now I have shiny, clear headlamps. My car needed new clips on a bumper to keep it from falling off. The first place I went to could not even see me for 2 weeks to give me a quote. I drove around to Enhanced and they gave me a quote right on the spot and said they could order the parts that day. Their quote was so reasonable and then they came in under when I paid because my car only needed differenct cheaper clips. The whole experience was a breeze!
