Many other reviewers expressed 5-star experiences and so I decided to go with what others thought about this business. Unfortunately I don't feel I received the 5-star experience everyone else seemed to have had. Before writing this review I did send a personal message to the owner to see if he wanted to address my concern, but I am walking away as an unsatisfied customer. The good: communication was fast and efficient for the most part. Interior of my car turned out amazing. Exterior looked really good. Happy with the results of what was completed. The bad: when requesting a quote I specifically asked for a particular scratch to be taken out of the rear of my car, and he quoted me with the inclusion of the removal of that scratch. The work order said the whole process would take about 4 hours, which was great because I was in a meeting during that time. The detailing finished after just an hour, and inspecting was difficult because I was rushing to inspect and pay so as to get back to my meeting. I asked why the scratch wasn't removed and the reply was insufficient. I could not deal with it on the spot because I needed to go back to my work meeting. I had planned to inspect after my meeting based on the timetable on the work order, so I was frustrated that the timetable wasn't accurate. That's when I reached out to see if he wanted to address this since he didn't do what I asked, but he was only sorry for the inconvenience. But still took the full amount! We all have bad days, which is why I reached out to give a chance to finish the job I requested. Didn't happen so now I'm putting it out there for others to decide for themselves. read more

In the 7 years I have owned my truck it's never been detailed, drive through car washes only. I had some surface scratches that I wanted addressed and reached out to over the top. Scheduled an appointment to have my car washed, and waxed. I was really excited to try this service, because of all of the 5 star yelp reviews. I was supposed to get a wash, wheel detail, clay bar, and wax. Guy shows up washes my car but never does a clay or wax. He charged me $80 to basically come and wash my car, which I could have done a much better job at. A $20 job for $80. Unbelievable. read more

Tim was very responsive and utilized a very easy scheduling system on his website. He and his crew showed up on time after a text that they were on their way. When they arrived they got right to work inside and out on our RV. She worked inside and Tim climbed up top and started hand scrubbing the top of the RV and all of the units up top.
