I approved it and he was out within 24 hours of approval, fixed it, and because it was much less complex than anticipated came in at $300 (less than one half the original bid!) He also unsolicited fixed one of our doors that was jammed and it now opens and closes with one hand. Reliable. Practical. Knowledgeable. Responsive.

I was at work, and they agreed to call me 15 minutes before they arrived at my house so I didn't have to spend all morning waiting for them at home. I really appreciate that kind of service! The technician that came out was knowledgeable. It took him five minutes to diagnose the problem. He had the replacement part to repair the unit out in his van. 15 minutes later he was done, and I was able to pay with my credit card. Convenient! I felt that their prices were very fair. The site visit was $89 and my total bill for the capacitor part, site visit, and labor was $228. I felt that was very reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again for any HVAC problems.
