Joe and the team at BB&P went above and beyond all our expectations. They not only fixed my car in only 4 days, they arranged to give us a courtesy vehicles since we did not have rental coverage through our insurance. We also had protective trim on our doors that our insurance company will old us we would have to schedule to be re-done at a later date. BB&P not only reached out to the company that previously installed the protective trim, he arranged to have them come out to his shop to complete that work as well, before we picked up the car so we wouldn't be inconvenienced further. They even detailed the inside of my car and somehow amazingly got out all the dog hair. This was after 3 days of it just sitting there. I finally had to have it towed to another shop to be fixed and they were able fix it the SAME DAY with no issues. They told me they had no idea what BBP was talking about. No one ever called me to communicate that they werent able to fix it. They just let it sit there for days until I called. They also seem to over book themselves quite a bit. They dont have enough mechanics to fix the cars they currently have... but they still keep accepting new cars.. which ends up making people wait for longer periods of time. It just doesnt seem like a professionally ran business anymore.. they only seem to care about getting cars in and out and having money in their pocket. I've had several friends tell me about having to take their cars back several times due to their issues not being fixed the first time.

I am my friend's auto advisor and finally felt good to get to a dealer where everyone is working together and making the typical awful-ness of big expensive purchases as smooth as possible. Billy took care of us as we picked out a 2016 Nissan Altima. There isn't much to pick from beyond the domestic and Japanese/Korean options, Camry, Malibu, Focus, and such basic names but easily enough for the average car buyer. I'm sure they'd normally have a lot more options as first mentioned. We noticed one of the tires had 5psi on it but Billy was quick to sort that out (unlike Ray Skillman who made it worse). Thankfully we are planning to get back down Thursday to complete the purchase. Looking forward to driving down again since I need a car too! It's a bummer they aren't keen to car search - I asked; learned that some people were not raised right and fail to buy the car they said they wanted. I'd like to see T&T figure out a way to work with customers to find cars. Going to an auction myself wouldn't be smart on my part since I have zero experience, entirely clueless to know what's a smart buy, would rather let the professionals who know what to look for do auction car searching especially for salvage and rebuilt titles which require extra loops to jump through before being road legal. From what I understand, most of these cars were only stuck with cosmetic damage before going to auction. Any serious issues are fixed before putting up for sale on the lot, all things considering makes T&T is the hot spot for getting some great wheels at a fair price.

All in all, I saved a lot of money coming to them for all my car stuff in comparison to other places. Like a timing belt, accessory belts and water pump belt here costed under $600 . At Firestone they wanted $1300! They don't have the advertising that some of the other guys do, but they give you quality service you won't find elsewhere. I think they get their stuff from auto zone because the shop is too small to have anything on hand that they do.
