In November of 2021, Window World of Corpus Christi (South Texas Siding, LLC) replaced 13 windows in my home with hurricane windows. Since that time, they have actively fought or ignored restitution, replacing or repairing the damage caused by their windows and poor installation. I am sharing my experience because as of today, February 8, 2025, my home remains extensively damaged and windows continue to leak. They refuse to repair or resolve the damage they have caused. The installation of these windows has tremendously reduced the value of my home. Please view the pictures I have included prior to considering doing any kind of business with Window World.

Tabatha quoted me a price then told me it would be a few days. It was very overcast and humid. She explained that to do the job properly it needed to be over 70* and dry as possible. 8 days later the conditions were ideal and they came out to repair. I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name, he was great and explained the process and why they wanted to wait. How often do you have a company insist on doing the right procedures, and not just do a job. Especially on a vehicle and customer from out of town. I knew these folks were alright when I saw they closed for lunch. Keep in mind I've heard pricing on replacement windshields on these being 4,000-6,000$$$$.
