Terry and his daughter came to our home and did all of the work right on site. He and his daughter did a great job welding in a new floor in steel and adding significant strength to both the subfloor and to the frame of the trailer. They even painted everything when they were done and it looks great. A few days later, he was kind enough to fabricate and weld a new custom seat mount for my garden tractor. He's a great guy and I would highly recommend him.

After calling insurance and receiving lots of back and forth and nobody being able to tow the camper, I called Ryan's. At first, they weren't going to be able to help because our camper is too tall to be towed which is what we were running into with the insurance company. Ryan called back shortly after and had similar tires to what we needed that would be able to get us home. Ryan was super responsive, reliable, quick to help, and charged a very fair price to have our normal tire replaced, as well as the spare. Very friendly guy to do business with!

I usually ride the motorcycle days here with Sportbike Track Time. However, the bathrooms are HORRENDOUS! I mean "want to gag or throw up" disgusting. I mean "afraid to sit down" disgusting. Graffitti is all over the walls of the stalls. The mirrors are etched with carvings from what seem like teenage girls. Do I really need to read that "Kate loves Mike" (with a heart around it) while I'm in the bathroom stall? (in addition to other proclamations of "love" in the bathroom stalls?) Also by the end of the day, the toilets are clogged and no one fixes them. The water that comes from the sink really stinks. At least they have good soap (economy sized Dove with moisturizers, phew!). The showers are sooo gross and the shower curtains look like they are from the '80s and haven't been changed since. (ew!). The curtain is even falling off the shower curtain rings in one of the stalls. I have never showered there -- too scared to. All of the times I've been to Grattan, we've had to find hotels in the area for the weekend. It would be more convenient if we could camp and if the bathroom facilities were a bit cleaner. It makes you want to wish you could hold off on going to the bathroom until you could leave the racetrack. Additionally, the concession stands don't have much selection for lunch. Hot Dog, Bratwurst, Chili Dog, Chips. I can't complain as I am sometimes in the mood for that kind of food. Summertime does that to me I guess. I have a soft spot in my heart for Grattan Raceway as I've always enjoyed the track itself, but gosh, I wish they'd fix the bathrooms especially if you have to spend the whole day there.

The long front straight allows some BIG speeds as well as a moment to relax before the onslaught that is the back 2/3 of the track. On-camber, off-camber, uphill and downhill, and that's all in just one turn! (seriously). There's even a "jump" and a banked "bowl" - it's simply outstanding from start to finish. If you have a chance to run some laps here, DO IT!

I went back to the shop for two more repair items on the same vehicle and brought attention to the issue. When made aware, the shop response was "how can you prove we did that" and said that they would conduct a diagnostic, however when it would be revealed that they didn't do it, I would be responsible for the labor costs. Rather than accept the two repair jobs I had brought to the shop, and rather than offer to help with some diagnostics in the wake of accusations questioning the shop's integrity, I got argued with by 3 employees in the lobby. Mind you, I never once raised my voice, lost my temper, or anything undignified like that. We're not lying, you are. That's what I've come to understand of the shop. That - and all vehicles I've had enter the shop leave with new issues. The two techs that worked on my vehicle are no longer there, either, so doesn't seem like they can keep a consistent trained wrench under their employ. HUGE lack of confidence in this shop techs, and less in the management. Regardless of what the break and fix is - as a manager I would be embarrassed to see my staff address clients that way. The only correct way to stand behind your work is to prove it is quality, not calling your customers liars when your integrity is questioned.
