Along with amazing Kelly, a master at her job and an amazing super human that has not forgotten her humanity. This staff knows what great patient care looks like. I most especially would say a few words about Chris. Chris is much more than a technician. He is the glue you see racing through the corridors taking care of business. Chris has the dubious responsibility of making sure that every patient is ready for Dr. Ilyas while having the uncanny ability to do three jobs at once, quite expertly. He also has the merciless job of ensuring I stop talking long enough for him to get the drops into my eyes. I test him on this during every visit! I came early since I knew I was going to fill out a lot of paperwork, but was taken in to the exam room instantly. Sarah, the nurse was also very friendly while we went over my medical history. Dr Seager was also very caring and friendly. I was there for an hour and a half. Extremely pleased with my visit.

Charging for a prescription after an eye exam is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission which states after the eye exam the patient MUST be given an updated prescription FREE OF CHARGE upon leaving the premises. This is a Federal Law which EVERY State must follow. For those of you who paid the $65.00 for a prescription, I hope you see my review so you can be reimbursed.

I ran out of my medication waiting for the approval, only to then learn that Dr. Fink doesn't do prior approvals. His office told me I could get a Good Rx card. The pharmacy advised the medication would cost $300 with the Good Rx card. Thankfully, my general practitioner provided the prior authorization and I was able to get the prescription for $30.

What a waste of time! I go have my new glasses made because I am desperate. Costing me almost $700. I start getting really bad headaches. My primary care dr suggest I get my eyes checked again. There is no way I am going back to Winchester Eye Specialists. I head to LensCrafters Dr. Hong. I am so mad because I then receive a bill from Winchester Eye Specialists saying what I paid them for the exam was not enough and they want an additional $100.00. Are you kidding me?????!!!!!! After they treated me so poorly, wasted my time and gave me the wrong prescription. I tried to reason with them explaining all the issues and how I felt I had given them enough money for such horrible service. They insisted the money was owed and that it would be sent to collections ruining my wonderful credit. They ALWAYS act as if you are interfering on their day; they ignore you as long as they possibly can, give you heavy sighs as you speak, don't make eye contact EVER, and give you a general feeling that you are the worst person they have ever had to deal with. My gripe, not everyone has a lot of money and going through the CCE for my prescription was expensive, it was never explained to me that I could go elsewhere and possibly save around $100. Which I learned later was an option. It seemed like a dishonest sales tactic. All I'm saying is buyer be aware of your options. Service was great! They are clearly having a problem collecting from insurance companies if they are resorting to shady sales tactics. All that said, I will go back.
