Scam artist! 1 star bc I had too... Sometimes they give you the punchcard $20 off at time of sale, Sometimes they don't. Girl apparently got fired for doing that, ok! Bought a device only pax3 a couple months ago for the online price of $199.00, came back and now its $249.99 for the "complete kit", which doesn't match the complete kit details online. (pax won't ship to MO), came back and they told me "All Sales are Final" in the utmost rudest way. "We are not Pax, We are Retro" also super rude. Like dude, a warning would've been nice! BUYERS BEWARE! The store sold a product that was labeled quartz - that the associate claimed was quartz - but was actually made of glass. We know this because it EXPLODED when heated. Both the associate at the store and the location's manager, Abby, were unhelpful. They first denied having sold this product, then claimed that even if they did, they were not able to offer a refund or in any way remedy their error. The workers are never friendly anytime I go in there and do not understand the circumstances of some people. I only go because it's convenient but I think customer service triumphs convenience so I will take my business to mr nice guys where they're always friendly and understanding. Buyers Beware - All sales final. All sales FINAL. ALL SALES FINAL!! Even on defective products. Do not expect to receive sympathy, empathy, or assistance should you receive a defective product from this store. We purchased a vape battery that is defective and less than 48 hours after purchase were rudely greeted with "ALL SALES are FINAL, we have signs everywhere". No call to a manager (the manager is not on-site), no leeway, nothing except "contact the manufacturer". All we wanted was a 1-for-1 exchange. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated. read more

When I first started going here years ago, I thought it was just another sketchy, hole in the wall, head shop. It IS a hole in the wall head shop, but it quickly became one of my favorite places for piercing. The lady, her name slips my mind right now, has been there as long as I've been going there. She is extremely professional but a little rough around the edges... A bit moody maybe? Nothing too off-putting though. After two unfortunate location moves I believe their stock of everything has dwindled and are afraid to buy more from lack of costumers... Idk if that's true, but its how I see it. I would recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for quality piercing but they do lack in the hardware. read more

i've used this shop so many times in the past that i'm so disappointed in the way an employee named kat acted. working in a customer service field you should understand that your attitude translates with customers and the way she acted after she made a mistake and gave me the wrong coils was extremely unprofessional. all i wanted was a simple exchange or refund/ help seeing as she made a mistake. not sure if i will be returning. i'm not sure of the other workers name but the blonde lady was extremely helpful and kind after the problem was realized. read more

Kat has awful customer service skills. I asked for a specific item, was given the wrong one, and drove all the way home when I realized I was given the wrong product. I drove back, was respectful, and her response was "you never said that. I have audio and video recording" then proceeded to tell me they didn't have the product and she didn't know when they were going to be shipped in. I informed her that I had been in earlier this week and was told that this item would be in stock on Thursday, and she said they didn't have them. A different employee was there who had been there when she sold me the wrong item, and she corrected Kat and told her they did in fact have the product I had originally asked for. Kat was very rude and not helpful at all. She had a snarky attitude the whole time and couldn't accept the fact that she had given me a wrong product. This shop has a great selection. However, if you're looking for detoxifying products and need to pass a test, I suggest going somewhere that's stands behind the products they sell. I found out the hard way that just because the sales person says the product is guaranteed, it doesn't mean you'll get your money back from that company that makes it if the product doesn't work. There is a place in St Charles County that does stand behind the products it sells. Just do some checking around you'll be " Glad " you did. read more
