What makes this even worse is that the product was being sold at a discounted price, which now makes me wonder if they already knew there was an issue with it and were hoping customers wouldn't come back to complain. When I returned to address the problem, they made me stand in line for 45 minutes only to basically tell me I was lying. There was no attempt to listen, investigate, or provide any level of customer service. Instead, I was treated as if my experience didn't matter. I've been a consumer long enough to know the difference between a product that simply isn't right for me and a product that appears to have little to no effectiveness. The dismissive attitude was even more disappointing than the product itself. Save your money and spend it somewhere that stands behind what they sell and treats customers with respect.

I placed my order online and I went to pick it up when I got to the counter to complete my transaction. I let the cashier know that I wanted to use all of my points and I would pay the difference. I was actually informed that since my purchase was at least $100 I could use $10 of my $70 but I was not allowed to use the entirety of my points on a product purchase I could use up to $10 only. However, if I was purchasing luxury, relief, branded merch. I could use the entirety of my balance, inconvenient to say the least. I spoke with someone today and was informed that I'm not the only one that has this frustration with the reward system from what it seems like with Luxury Leaf. This type of system only happens when items are purchased on consignment (credit) from suppliers, which means Luxury Leaf does not pay in full for those items until after the sell of the product. I know this to be a variable in the equation because there's no way that I can walk into any other dispensary, in the grove or otherwise, with $70 worth of points under my account and not be able to purchase a THC products using the entirety of what I have on file. So now I'm currently waiting for the sole owner to call me so we can discuss why I can't use the points that I spent my hard earn money to gain in the way that I as a customer should so choose. It's nuances like these that are the reason why I wanted to deplete my rewards account in the first place to be done with this dispensary. And don't even get me started on the CREA complaint that's about to be filed because of their delivery restrictions on one particular area code in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

All cannabis sales are final no matter the location so when I got back to the privacy of my home and had the first issue ever, I was pretty stressed out. I will not go into details so not to invite anyone to exploit their customer service. I will tell you that when I went back with my issue, I was amazed to see how fast they wanted to resolve the situation. When I left, I sat in my car, two hands on the wheel for two minutes asking myself, "WTF just happened". I drove here feeling stressed and robbed and left feeling like I just robbed them.
