Updated : After my…read morereview, the owner (Stefahn) contacted me directly. He was really disappointed that I was not completely happy with my haircut. He wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. Stefahn went ahead and set up another appointment for today. When I arrived, one of the other barbers extended a warm greeting and said that Stefahn would be right with me, and he was. After talking briefly, I showed Stefahn the pictures of the cut that I was going for. He asked a few questions and then went right to work. Wow, Stefahn is a Master Barber in my book. Not only did he correct the original cut, he provided a finish cut that exceeded my expectation! There is some great talent at this shop and it's evident that Stefahn cares about the customer and their satisfaction.
