I wasn't planning to work out. I wasn't planning to stay. I simply needed to use the restroom for a minute or two as an active member of the very same company. They wouldn't let me in. The next day, I spoke with someone at a different branch about what had happened; to me, that kind of situation isn't just about a rule--it's about judgment. Even then, I decided to let it go. However, after another recent incident, I finally recognized the pattern: whenever a problem arises, the management doesn't feel neutral, professional, or even human. It feels rigid, entrenched, and sorely lacking in the ability to read the context of a situation. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was asking for common sense. A gym isn't defined solely by its machines, its locations, or its membership contracts. It is also defined by how it treats its members when a situation becomes uncomfortable. My experience ended on a sour note, and I do not recommend this gym.

Had me do a few mobility exercises and took his time trying to figure out my needs, wants and expectations. Although he offers 1 one 1 training, I chose to join and work out on own. Super nice space and clean. I like it here. Refreshing to see the owner there at 6am. He's now one of my barbershop clients. Funny how that works.

The facility is by far the most spacious and well maintained that I have been to.. and this means A lot when it comes to working out (machines, although close together, have a good layout and more space in between than other studios). Finally, the equipment is in good condition compared to other studios (dumbbells, bands, BOSU balls etc..) and they maintain it well. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was able to follow in behind someone and access the gym. The gym is pretty minimalistic but has all the basic equipment. Definitely a weightlifting gym. Once I started working out someone finally texted me back. I think they definitely need a different process especially for classpass members. The instructions aren't great and they definitely need to invest in a person that can be available 24/7 for troubleshooting purposes.

When…read moreI started, I was out of shape and felt like I couldn't do anything; lots of movements caused pain due to my surgery. The coaches at warhorse were super patient with me, adapted the workouts to what I could handle. Now I'm hitting all time PRs not just in bench press but also in deadlift and squat! Never thought I would be able to deadlift ever again, never mind hitting all time PRs on a regular basis! It's a very unique set up for a gym. Usually you have to choose between very expensive personal training or generic group classes if you don't want to go solo at the gym. Warhorse is the perfect balance, you get all the support you need when just starting out and when you get more comfortable you can be as independent as you want. The program always gives options to choose from to fit your goals or level. Trainer is always available to answer questions, help pick exercises from the program; help with form or give you a spot for a new PR. And all the trainers here are awesome!

I was going to be in the area for a festival so decided to get my work out on while I was in the there. This location is fairly new; it's been open less than a few months. It is clean a beautiful space to do some strength training. Facilities are immaculate, and the workout equipment is new. I met the general manager and the owner Micah, both were super nice and passionate about what they do. Micah pushed us throughout the workout, and I loved that the class was about proper form while strength training which is something that is ignored at other gyms. The class was challenging but adjusted according to your fitness level/strength, anyone can do it! I would call this gym home, if I lived closer, thank you for the great workout MAD!
