So this isn't the first time I've come to this shop, and we've loved this store and the vibes it gives. But today we walked in and 3 of the employees just gave us really rude welcoming, asking for our identification cards right away, and i understand we look young but I am 25 and grown and they made a big deal over one of my friends "IDs being fake" and we're just doing the most and asking for the ID again, when paying with my debit card. We're never coming back here and if you're not 50+ you'll get the worst treatment. read more

I struggle writing this review because the people that have helped me here have been FANTASTIC.. however I am on my third vape pen purchased from Retro (within a span of 6 months) and they are all complete garbage. The top piece came right out (where it looks like it should've been superglued at the VERY least but wasn't) and the wires snapped immediately. The people here are amazing, however their products are total garbage. Such a shame, wish I could continue to support this shop but I will no longer be spending my hard earned dollars here. read more

The staff here are so nice! Lovely ambiance. You walk right in and it smells delicious, it's clean, has some beautiful dyes and very aesthetic pieces. Nice mellow atmosphere but still run professionally. There was even a patron who was clearly... out of it?... and the staff very casually but directly engaged with him to figure out what his deal was. It was a very nice approach, and made me feel secure as a customer. Also, great selection of vapes with staff who really know the ins and outs of the different products. Worked out a deal online for a specific and expensive piece I had my heart set on, and was told by the employee that it was on hold while he returned to the shop to send pictures of other items I also planned to purchase in the same transaction. As soon as the sale was confirmed, I was informed that someone came in to put a deposit down on the piece that was on hold for me. Don't expect these guys to stand for their word! They will clearly cut you out for a couple extra dollars. read more

Rudest customer service experience I've had in ages, as soon as we walked in we were ID'd though other customers that came in after were not. I felt profiled the entire time there being hovered over and stared down. Both employees with ponytails should be fired. The Indian guy said my friends ID was fake though we are both over 21 and have IDs from the same state. The cashier was rude and charged extra fees we never paid prior. I came here today after having lunch with a coworker. Living in the neighborhood, of course I had seen the place a lot, but had never ventured in - head shops have never really been my thing. This place, though, was awesome! My coworker had some fun looking for a scarf, and I had a good time looking at the clothes (I could probably spend about $200 on clothes there) and jewelry. We did go to the back room, and while the prices seem a little high (I've been out of the loop for awhile on the cost of pipes), the quality of the work seems pretty excellent, and they have a nice variety. All the staff were amazingly friendly and conversational, which is what I like when I shop somewhere for fun and not necessity. It was actually a place I could spend at least an hour or two in, which is more than I can say for most stores I go to. read more
