Where can I possibly begin? We booked my son's birthday party for July of 2020, and for obvious reasons, it had to be rescheduled. We opted for, and reserved the same date for 2021, and wouldn't you know it, we had an unforeseen emergency arise. Not knowing what to do, we contacted Jimmy and he amazingly offered us a couple of different dates that we could choose from! Now if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is! The business could have easily and rightfully said, "Sorry, we cannot reschedule again", but they didn't, and we are forever grateful to Jimmy and Retro Rolling! When you treat your customers with such care, respect, and consideration, your business will surely be blessed. On to the actual truck: Jimmy arrived about 40 mins early in order to set up. This man is a professional, and his setup was quick and efficient. Within 30 minutes he told us that the truck was ready, and we could gather all of the kids to go over rules and expectations while in the truck. Our truck had a total of 11 TVs and nearly every console and game under the sun. It was absolutely amazing. Jimmy then asks which games or types of games that the parents would not want their kids to play and he ensures those games are not available during the party. The truck is CLEAN. Inside and outside, the truck is spotless. Everything on the rig is top-notch and of highest quality. There are lights and gaming props on the inside of the truck, and it really helps to make the experience special. Jimmy is inside of the truck supervising and helping with setup (switching disks, loading games, etc). All doors are open at all times so parents and party goers can pop in and have a look-see of their kids having the time of their lives. There are steps to help folks get into, and out of the truck. There is also a safety rail/gate that Jimmy puts up near the rear of the trailer to keep everyone safe. Our overall experience could not have been better. The customer service, the quality of service, the punctuality, and the quality of the experience cannot be beat with Retro Rolling. This was a world-class experience from a world-class business. I celebrated both my son's birthday this past weekend and I do have a few pros and cons over this experience. Pros: the truck was on time. Very nice. And clean, staff (jimmy) was very nice and made sure the kids didn't get crazy or run off to the streets, we were so please on how the kids were entertained the adults enjoyed the other entertainment I had for them. They had many choices for the kids to play. Cons: they left We had rented it for 2 hrs. They let me do a payment plan, and we ended up having it for 4 hrs.
