If I could give Three Little Eggs Mobile Play 10 stars I would. Got them for my LO's birthday party and it was the best decision I made. Anthony and his crew arrived on time and began setting up the play area in my backyard. They were efficient and everything looked so freaking cute. Then I realized there was a boo boo on my part. I thought I had ordered the canopy and o had not. Anthony drove around looking for a canopy. They were able to find one and brought it right over just shortly after the party started so the kiddos would not get sun burnt in the heat. I communicated with Kokie throughout the ordeal and she kept me posted on the progress of their hunt for a canopy. I cannot say how much they went above and beyond to make sure our party was a success Yes the kids LOVED the play area. The favorite was probably the ball pit but the jumper was also a big hit. There are so many little details that even the youngest guest at 12 months had a blast At the end of the day everyone was asking if we're doing it again next year and the adults wanted to know if they rent adult sized jumpers. Absolutely loved having Three Little Eggs at our party! The soft play and bounce house with slide was a big hit. We got so many compliments from all the parents and grandparents - total win lol! Such a great idea for kids 5 and under. Hours of fun, laughter, and wonderful memories. We even asked to extend our pick up time (last minute) because the kids couldn't get enough and Kokie was more than happy to accommodate! We initially declined having a canopy and the team brought one anyways - totally saved us by keeping the kids cool on a ridiculously hot day. Couldn't thank them enough!!! This company is amazing with wonderful customer service! When I inquired with them initially they already were all booked on the day I would like their services- for my baby's 2nd bday. However, they still accommodated us! :) This was my sons first bday with any type of soft play along with his first bounce house. All the guests including adults loved it! We made a great decision to hire Three Little Eggs mobile play soft rental for our party event especially during pandemic times. They were very easy to communicate with and prompt with responding to my inquiry which I appreciated because planning can be so stressful. They knew what they were doing and didn't bother us much on the day of event with setup and and breakdown. Equipments are very clean and I feel comfortable having my kids and my guests utilizing the soft play at home rental vs going to those play gym with shared space with other kids that I don't know. All items of the soft play rental were so clean and I felt comfortable having my 1 year old and nephews play to their hearts content. We had a small gathering and wanted to have something fun to keep the kids busy (2 one year old girls and a three year old boy). Three Little Eggs Mobile Play was such a good choice. We couldn't be happier with everything from the moment of setup to the clean up and removal of the play place. We spoke with Anthony and he was very accommodating and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Their team arrived an hour before our event and set up the play place in our living room. They made sure everything was completely sanitized and safe before it was open for play. The color scheme was beautiful, too! They let us choose the color scheme we wanted so it could match our party decor. Pricing was very affordable for everything we wanted and the kids had a blast in the ball pit. The clean up was super easy. They came the next day at the time we asked and had everything dismantled and loaded back into their van. I've had experience with my kids playing at parties where there were similar setups and to be honest, those didn't look as great as TLEMP. They were dirty from the beginning and some areas of the mats had tears and dirt in them. I understand wear and tear, but I feel things like that can easily be replaced or even wiped clean beforehand. This is why I really appreciated the level of quality and professionalism that TLEMP showed us. Nothing makes me happier than supporting small family businesses and TLEMP is a great one to support if you're ever in need of a soft play place set up for your kids. My kids had a great time.
