Funks Grove is a multi-generational business that has been sugaring maple in Illinois for well over 100 years. Unlike most Canadian syrup I've had this syrup was thicker and had a deeper, richer flavor. It was absolutely delicious, just what you'd want maple syrup to be and the price is not at all unreasonable.
