This place sold me a carbon copy deluxe delay pedal that didn't work. I had an correspondence with the owner, Josh Johnson, and he told me to return it in its original packaging and that they'd refund the purchase. I did that immediately, but they never refunded my purchase. I called the store several times, wrote them online, and even wrote them a letter about it. They've said that they'd look into it, that they'd call me back, etc, but it's 4 months later and they've done nothing. You don't expect this sort of thing to happen when you order from an American company. It is robbery, and I'm going to do my part to expose Retrotone Guitars and destroy their reputation. read more
