The paperwork was to me to sign before the end of the evening. They showed up the next week and in less than three hours had cleaned out the basement, sideyard, backyard, and a corner of the garage, everything that the hoarder renters had left behind, including an old hot tub. He did have to come back a couple days later to get the broken trailer they had left me, but it didn't affect the price. Very professional, very prompt, worth the price.
