They showed up early, (super impressive), worked their BUTTS off on a hot July day and absolutely blew our expectations out of the water. We grossly underestimated how much we had to move and ended up needing to rent an additional U-Haul truck the day of our move. (Totally our fault). These guys pitched in and helped in more ways than I could ever list. They remained calm, positive, enthusiastic, and were extremely professional and respectful. About one month ago, the estimator from their company came over to look at our townhome and give us an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Today, the movers came to start work about 45 minutes late because of a miscommunication regarding our address. The movers apologized for the delay and then began to work extra hard to make up time. We had three persons to move our two bedroom townhome and that worked out perfectly. The movers were extremely careful with all of our possessions and they had an excellent attitude despite the hot temperatures of the day. All of our items were moved without any damage and they kept us closely involved throughout the entire process. They were also very patient with us as we moved around our furniture trying to find the optimal location in our new home. The final price came in identical to the quote and there were no hidden fees or extra charges. Contrary to some of the negative comments provided by other reviewer's, we would highly recommend them if you are contemplating a move in the Wausau area.

After the move, and she was settled she found that her 70+ inch smart TV was cracked. Now, I can tell you my grandmother did not do this, and it was from the movers. The movers were nice, as well as Deb in the office. However, they claimed they do not replace things that they break. Having worked for a moving company, I know most replace things they break (that's what company insurance is for). But apparently the customer has to purchase extra insurance (adding to the already hefty cost of moving services). I'm assuming this isn't clearly stated to the customer, because we were told there was insurance. So, please save yourself the hassle I've went through and don't hire this company. They will not replace the items they break, nor will they take any type of fault.

They are more expensive than others but at least on the first time, it went well. This time they were very professional on the estimating and up front processes. Especially when it came to getting the money. I was getting responses within a matter of seconds from the coordinator and our account representative. Then after they had our money, things slowed down and it was impossible to get any information. No idea when the crews will arrive etc. Our things are somewhere in transit and we don't know when they will be delivered. I may change my review based on how things end up, but for now I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I used Northstar moving for a previous long distance move (from Chicago to Texas), and they were much better.
