When I call for help, they take care of it. I bought my own tank in addition to my leased tank, and they helped me get that organized. Recently I smelled propane outside my garage, and in the cold weather it got worse. I feared the garage regulator was bad. I called for help on a Friday afternoon. Service told me it's Friday afternoon, but I will try. She called me back that Justin would be there in an hour and a half. He was. Super kid, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Turns out my dielectric unions were loose on my regulator. He fixed that, explained in detail what he did, and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. I have always have felt safe that Ritchie has my back. All my neighbors use them. They also take care of the propane and diesel fuel for our snowmobile club. Good people. Mark

One of the properties caught us off guard on the Friday before the Christmas weekend with a very, very low level of propane in it. I called in a panic, thinking this was going to be an issue with the Christmas holiday weekend approaching, but Heather called me back to reassure me that they would be up in our area that morning to fill the tank. Office personnel seem to find humor in that when you confront them about the fact nobody is ever in the office to answer the phone. Will not last long doing business that way.
