They don't like to return phone calls!! They need more doctors and less PA's and Nurse Practitioners. They don't have Rapid Urinalysis Testing. They don't treat you until your test results come back and you can't do that for a 5 -7 day turnaround. I had to go to MD Now while I waited for my results from Revamed. MD Now had Rapid Urinalysis results plus called in a Broad Spectrum Antibiotic while waiting for results to come back from the lab. Bravo MD Now! Shame on Revamed. My doctor retired from Revamed in July. I've been a patient for over 20 years and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not choose this practice for your Primary Care. They have three offices and they have all gone downhill They gave one decent doctor. Dr Bastien is fantastic but a doctor is only as good as their Administrative and backup staff and their Nurse Practitioners are not all competent. I have plenty of examples to backup my statements. Horrible!!! Since my doctor retired in July 2025, this medical conglomerate has gone downhill. They don't follow-up to call patients with results that are important lab/urinalysis tests. I waited for 2 days after an emergency visit to the Greenacres office and I needed to go to an Urgent care because my test results had not come back and the Nurse Practitioner would not call in a Broad Spectrum antibiotic in for me to start taking while we waited for results. MD Now Urgent Care took better care of my medical issues and did a rapid test and sent for further testing. Meanwhile, I started a round of antibiotics so my infection would not spread to my kidneys. I don't know how a Practitioner could let a patient wait for 5 days for test results to come back. I informed the Nurse Practitioner of my symptoms and gave her my background and experiences with the Diabetes medication that had side effects that caused me to be suffering with the UTI. I just wanted everyone to know that something is wrong with the thought process behind a medical professional to let a patient wait for treatment. The worst part of my experience is that I never received a call from their office even after the test results should have been back, so therefore I never had follow-up care after my initial visit. Do they really care about their patients? Did I just fall through their crack or black hole? I guess I am looking for a more reliable medical practice after this? read more

This MD office was convenient, the staff was helpful and the Doctor seems to care about your needs. It was truly a great Doctors office under Dr Bastein-Montpeirous but Dr Gorstein it's gone down hill Very long wait time (even if you do the online pre check in and arrive 15 minutes early) 45-1 hour wait time. Poor organization, dirty exam rooms, I'm constantly chasing down referrals and or getting referrals for specialists on my mother's insurance plan. read more

I drove 3 hours from Key Largo (6 hour round trip) just to get Rx renewal on two meds I've been using for over30 years. Waitec 45 minutes and left. Three different med techs or staff asked the same question as to why I was there, none apparently actually paying attention. the disrespect shown to me is deplorable. I do not recommend this practice, and here is why: I came to this practice based on the reviews for Dr. Bastien. I've seen her once in the 4 years I've been a patient. Yes, she spent time with me during the ONE time I was lucky enough to see her. After that, she was out on leave for long periods of time and I went through the many doctors that have come and go through this practice. The last time I came for an appointment, after a 45 minute wait in the lobby, I chose to leave. FIND A BETTER PRIMARY DOCTOR, this place is the pits. read more

This was my primary care briefly up until about 18 months ago. I found the doctor good but when I was going through intake, some of the questions are not health related and pretty invasive, but I'll let it slide. Up until I was degraded by the office staff. I was having some serious issues and needed to come in. I was trying to get out of my work to get to the appointment and I called repeatedly saying I was going to be late, but nobody answered. Then they finally called me back when I was at the red light turning to go into their facility. They scolded me like a child for running late, even though I had probably called 10 times. They also canceled my appointment after I drove up from Broward. I ended up in the ER instead at a hospital that was not in network with my insurance and I'm still having to pay a bill. I'm thinking about sending them a bill. I was completely degraded by Revamed. This is how I get to remember them during one of the lowest points of my life in recent years. They have the audacity to still send me text messages to get flu shots. Just go away forever. read more

I wanted to find a new primary care doc close to home. After reading reviews elsewhere, I chose RevaMed. I called to schedule an appointment which was quick and easy to do. I was then sent a link to complete all the new patient forms prior to arriving, which is so much better than having to hand fill out 10 forms and it doesn't require you to arrive early to do so. Took me about 5 minutes to complete everything. I even received a phone call to let me know there was an issue with one portion which I was able to correct prior to my appt. Had they not called to let me know, I wouldn't have been able to been seen, so I'm glad they paid attention to my paperwork. My appt time was 2:30 and I showed up 8 minutes early. The place was very easy to find and they have their own parking lot with many available spaces. Upon walking in, the lobby is clean, bright and comfortable. I was called back right at my appt time which usually unheard of at doctor' offices! I chose to see the physician's assistant - Satie Kallicharan. She was very thorough in discussing my health and educating me on a couple things. She even came up with a plan of how we will test and monitor for any health issues. I felt like I spoke with Satie for a while and she answered all of my questions. They even perform bloodwork in office so I was able to handle that same day. I was back in my car by 2:58. I have NEVER had such a thorough, yet quick doctors experience which is usually why I hate/avoid the doc (probably not good practice lol). I have a follow up in two weeks and I'm actually not dreading it and hope it's as quick and smooth as my first visit! read more

I was seen by Dr. Hubert Cantave did not say a word just kept reading my files. When I asked him a question his reply was I only have 15 mins. to see each patient. I can understand every job has a different kind of pressure. He gave me a prescription, which He knew was not going to be approved by the insurance. Called the insurance and they said that he had to fill a request for approval. When I went back to the office after being back and forward with the pharmacy with the news. He said that it was a waste of time for him to do it because he had to wait on hold for too long to get the approval. 1 Week and a half went by and he did not do anything. Had to call every day for them to get the information that they knew was not approved. He told me to wait and not take the other medication until this other one got approved. so I wasted a full day of work doing what the office should have done and 2 weeks without taking the medicine. read more

I tried to stay with this provider for years, even after my doctor left, but now they only want to book me with the nurse practitioner and when I agreed to see the nurse for my yearly visit, she does not get back to me to review my lab work. I called to schedule a visit with Dr. Bastien and am told she is not available until January. Dr. Bastien-Montpompeirous is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met in my life. I was stunned by how much she knew about the medication I was taking on our first visit. She is more knowledgeable in psychiatric medications than most psychiatrists I have encountered. There is nothing that she doesn't know lol. Dr. Bastien-Monpeirous always spends a lot of time with me and is both a person who is easy to talk with a great sense of humor and someone who is serious about treating her patients.
