I bought items from their online ebay store in amount of $722.31 , which i ordered wrong (my bad). I promptly returned the items and messaged them to issue refund minus their shipping/handling costs but I did not hear back anything from them so had to chase them by messaging them multiple times requesting refund but who knew that "customer is no more king" Finally today i got my refund of mere $103.75 out of $722.31 after riding on their ass, thats kinda slap in my face . It looked like it was huge hassle for them to process it and these THIEVES just wanted to get away and got away with my money. On top of that ,they claimed they never received 2 rolls out of 7 but UPS tells otherwise. I wanted to give them so much more business but these greedy crooks aint deserve mine or anyone's dime . what happen to southern hospitality?? i went to LSU for my school ,people were nice ,honest and not greedy or clever fox at all. So you guys at "MILL'S RIP OFF shop" can enjoy my money and keep looting customers but one day karma will catch up with you thugs and will make you pay for it. However, the actual purchase did not meet my expectations at all. I purchased an appliance ONLY wearing the Sears name. Sears sold their name only; NOT their stellar reputation for quality. The large upright freezer that I purchased needed seal gaskets replaced in less than two months, actually upon delivery; however, I didn't initially discover it.. Frosting ice immediately began to accumulate with air seeping from the blinded side of the door. In a few weeks, the frosting became worse. It's a RED Flag for quality or lack there of when repairs have to be made within two months of purchase. Upon my researching the reviews of others, I discovered most people who made the same purchase had the same complaints and that Sears DOES NOT make appliances bearing their name any more. I want to share honest and concise information so that it will be known that this is a risky purchase. I DO NOT Recommend the Sears Brand any more because it is NOT Sears. Therefore, get a current reputable brand that value its reputation; not just profits. If you make a purchase, immediately check the seals/gaskets to be sure that they have a flush seal all around. Also, inspect for physical dents and or damage. Don't pay for frustration, wasted time and poor quality; such vanity should not come with a price. The Four Stars are for the store, not the appliance. If the freezer had met my expectations, I would have given the store Five Stars.
