They…read moreare simply understaffed and staff does not want to be there, very obvious on the long term care unit. I wished the communication between the nursing staff and the doctors had been better, it could have saved my mother's life. She needed to be sent out to the hospital and the physicians assistant should have ordered testing to diagnosis her with her symptoms. She was septic when she left the facility in the middle of the night and in just a few hours on arrival to the hospital she was in septic shock. My mom did not make it. I trusted them to take care of her!!
