Very rude and impatient . Had an appt today and was told that my insurance didn't pay for my last visit and I would have to pay cash 250.00 for the last one plus cash for today's. I said no way I'm paying cash when there's no reason that my insurance would not pay. Eventually they got their printer working and when I asked him to scroll down, they could see where they were reimbursed. I told the Dr I was surprised she even billed for that treatment since because of crossed wires and over booking, she only spent 15 minutes doing an intake so we made an appointment to finish it. After saying that she said she couldn't work with me because I didn't trust trust her for questioning the payment she got that she said she didn't , and she turned and walked away. after years of receiving mediocre services I was discharged for speaking my mind which apparently isn't well tolerated. provider missed appts or was sometimes hours late for appt but preaches about procedure. I was prescribed a muscle relaxer on top of the 2 sedatives given for sleep and suboxone only to be told the following month that she didn't do the prior authorization for the medicine so unsure how I was able to fill it. Wow! Because I disagreed with her over the level of care I've been receiving I was told the relationship is no longer viable and that I need to find a new provider NO INSTRUCTIONS ON WEANING OFF THE MAX DOSAGE OF SUBOXONE SO I DO NOT EXPERIENCE WITHDRAWAL OR RELAPSE. Idk why the sudden change except for the young boy she now dates and has working in the office. or maybe the silicone from her new implants leaked into her brain and made her forget patient abandonment laws. Otherwise a great place to score benzos on top of adderral on top of suboxone without ever meeting this provider in person All visits , including the first through telehealth and prescription same day. I prefer a provider I can trust with my life and not to just pump my insurance by prescribing meds for which your not qualified to prescribe or that are given without necessit. I will withdrawal from the medicine as a result of the negligence provided to me by revision wellness. If you want a lil shade this is the place to go! Highly recommend for anyone who wants the meds without a hassle. read more

If you plan on using Revision Wellness for their weight loss program, DON'T! It is a total scam. Angela offers discount prices for pre paid Lipovite and B12 shots, but never shows up for your appointment to administer them. My sister and I began the program with different days for injections. I chose Tuesday's at noon. The 1st day I arrived for my shot, the office was closed and Angela was sitting in her SUV texting for 20 minutes, totally ignoring me. When she finally came in she had no explanation. Next appt., I arrived and was told by her asst. she left to go to UPS. Waited 45 mins for her return. Next appt.' when I arrived the office was closed. Angela's SUV was parked in front. I rang the "RING" on the door with no response. I could see barely through he blinds she was there but was ignoring me. I called, texted with no response. Later that afternoon her asst. finally answered the phone with the excuse that Angela was terribly ill and was not able to answer me. Next appt., no B12. Two appointments later, her asst. called me rescheduled my appt., 3 times in a matter of 2 hrs. I showed up and she was not there! She then rescheduled for the next day, and Angela again canceled that morning. Next appt., NO SHOW. These same scenario's were happening to my sister as well. We informed her we wanted a refund for the remainder of the shots we haven't received and have had no response. This and all the notes I have are being forwarded to many consumer agencies for help with resolving this. read more

This has all been a total game-changer for me after losing 45 pounds in 6 months and improving my overall health. I have also been around cannabis in one way or another for decades. Angela is very thorough and articulate; she has a tremendous amount of knowledge that has been very useful to even to experienced patients such as myself. I definitely learned some things that I had no idea about prior to certification, and her advice and guidance has been instrumental in helping me achieve any level of success. I have heard in-and-out stories about other rubber-stamping practices, and Revision Wellness is definitely not one of said organizations.
