They rescheduled my surgery multiple times. I sent a message through their website. I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

The physician was excellent, very knowledgeable, feel very comfortable with the physical and the physicians aids explanations of everything. The entire visit would have been great if it wasn't for the 1st front desk girl and her unprofessional customer service. I would have given more stars, but if the front of the office isn't right it can stress a patient, which can male there blood pressure higher normal during the visit. I've been here before with other patients and never had any issues until today, which upset me with the light hair front desk girl.

I questioned Sara who is the office manger about how the paperwork should be submitted because Nicole misinformed me. Sarah assured me I would be fine and schedule me an appointment. I later then got a phone call from Sarah saying that Veronica thinks that it would be in my best interest to be seen somewhere else based on my medical treatment plan. I'm trying to figure out why my treatment plan wasn't studied or reviewed before my appointment was made. Veronica was supposed to get back with me about rescheduling an appointment and she never did. It's like she just didn't care about my mental health. I would not recommend this place I was taken in a circle for treatment, and I can't understand why. I know someone that works at this facility. Shes a yoga instructor and she offers classes for brown girls like me. I would love to support her and even all the other activities they offer however I was treated like scum. Also I hAve to shout out the nurses, medicine tech, CNA/GNA and administration that took good care of me. I have to shout out my OT Rita she was and is one of the best Occupational therapist.
