Super nice staff. I discussed how I've done HRT for years. They agreed to how I wanted to do the transition...switch each of my meds over as I ran out of the ones I currently have. Get 3 months supplies like I have always done. All seemed great. Called today because one was out. They completely changed their story. Wanted me to come buy all replacement drugs which would of made me have tons of extra prescriptions that would of gone to waste, not to mention having to spend a large amount of money to buy everything at once. I feel like I completely wasted the time I spent there on the first visit as well as the money I had to pay for the blood test. If you're just going for an IV or starting HRT and need to learn how to do it, then it might be fine. If you're experienced in HRT this is not the place for you.

It's what non-reputable businesses do to retain revenue -- instead of providing a good service, they trap you into a payment circle hoping they'll make it difficult enough to cancel that you won't. He ordered and I took $567.00 in additional tests and he would not indicate on the paperwork that the tests were "medically necessary" so consequently Medicare would not pay the costs involved. If the tests were not "medically necessary" why would he prescribe them?? Be very cautious utilizing the services of Dr. Lyday. I am extremely sorry I made the mistake of attempting to trust this practice.​
