The massage was really great! I came in really sore and tired. The masseuse was able to massage the knots out of my body and also gave my body some stretching. This isn't your typical Swedish or deep tissue massage at your massage envy place. I believe she had some asian massage techniques going on so be sure you know what you're getting into! She has advanced her education and knows quite a bit about the musculoskeletal system and knows what to do for that achy area, whether is back, neck or legs. She was ready when I walked in, it was smaller salon area but I wasn't too worried about that. She showed me into her room, it was welcoming, and asked some 'get to know you' questions. I work in a similar industry so she understood my pain and how to get rid of it. The 90 minute service was exactly what I needed for the stiffness. Towards the end of the service, she worked on my feet. I was so focused on my shoulder stiff was from the start that I didn't realize how much my feet and ankles were also sore.
