I have found Dr. November to really listen to me. I've learned more from him than I have other DR.s in the past 54 years. He is very caring and really listens. I have also found that his staff is so nice and caring. He is also very well thought of by other Doctors, which to me says a lot. I had back surgery and needed pain management. Dr. Novembre was very helpful in medication for immediate relief. He addressed the cause and started with epidurals and finally more in-depth procedures. I am out of pain and when I do have minor aches I can use over the counter meds for relief. I continue to go to Revival and if your looking for help in pain management and a Dr. who has your best interest at heart. This is a great place. Dr. Novembre has given me my life back! I had sciatica to the point I could barely use my left leg. Pain medication as I waited to get cleared for my epidural. Dr. Novembre was caring and took time to explain my course of treatment to RID me of pain in my back, legs and left shoulder. I did not want to be on pain pills forever! The epidural was a life saver.NO sciatica! Then He started addressing my lower back pain. Painful getting up and down in a chair and general lower back pain, The doc explained what was causing this and after a completely different type of injection, (2) i am just amazed! I find myself getting up from the recliner just to see if it will hurt. I am grateful that I found Revival! Wait times are not horrible, usually less than an hour. Dr Novembre is very caring and concerned with all my medical issues. The staff is awesome!!! Especially Brandy and Jeff. They always address my issues and adjust meds as needed. They do random drug tests but if you're not doing something illegal why worry about it. They gave me back my quality of life!!! read more

My last two visits here have been 2:30/4:00 wait time. On last visit my wait time was 2:30 hours in the lobby and another 1/2 wait in the room for a 2 minute visit with the P.A, and she still messed up my prescriptions. This time was a 2:45 minute wait in the lobby, and another 45 minute wait in the room before i just got up and walked out. Now they are sure to collect their copays before you are seen. So the power of the dollar is more important to them than the patients. This is not a one time thing. Both offices are like this, and has been for the past 2 plus years. read more

I waited 2 hours and couldn't wait any longer so I left. I got my benefits claim statement and it was $666 for an injection and X-rays. They falsified charges for insurance money. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Medical Board. I also called my insurance company and made a fraud report to them. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! read more

I have yet to have an appointment that is not at least a hour behind. And I can not get the care I need that is best for me. I will be changing providers soon. The staff is wonderful but the providers seem to believe they have a monopoly on the system and can keep you waiting as long as they want and then not provide the procedures I requested. I went for help with neuropathy. Dr. Novembre called my PCP a liar. Dr. Novembre is an injection mill physician and nothing more. Don't go here looking for help managing prescription pain. You aren't worth enough money for him to do that. He makes his millions in injections. Do not go here, they will not help in any way. I went to get help with my pain as I am in pain 24/7 and probably have fibromyalgia. They offered me one thing and one thing only and that is Suboxone. I do not wish to be on Suboxone so I declined then told me I was good to go. No other options and I know they do other things than just pain medicine. I didn't even see a doctor just a Nurse Practitioner. I do not recommend this place. read more
