Well in advance, I was able to get all the documentation needed online, which is a nice touch. They opened on time and took us within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The staff were all very friendly and communicated well and took care of us thoroughly and gently. The rooms and equipment were all clean and well kept. Overall, I feel like we've picked the right dentist, which is great.

However, Dr. Bell was so courteous, so professional, and so kind that any fear I had vanished in the wind. His staff had as also amazing and made me feel comfortable from entry to exit. I have some serious issues with my gums, so he referred me to a periodontist. At the same time, he reassured me that though my problem was complicated - my teeth were otherwise healthy -- and that after seeing the periodontist, he would deal with the other issues. And, he even worked to schedule the appointment. I could not have asked for more or has a better experience. I feel totally blessed to have crossed his path.

Once someone is symptomatic, there's generally serious reasons to be concerned. YVG was recommended to me by my doctor and I'm so glad I chose to use this clinic. It took several months to get on their schedule for my first appointment and then another couple of months before they had an opening for the procedure. My initial appointment was with the PA who reviewed my medical history and the results of my prior procedure over 10 years ago. The day of my colonoscopy I arrived at the clinic on time and met with the anesthesiologist and nurse who would be there during the procedure. I really liked both of these staff members and felt very safe...and I'm not generally very trusting of western medicine. Prior to the procedure Dr. Kundu came in and introduced himself. He explained how the procedure would go and what I should expect afterwards. My husband was allowed to be in the room with me up to that point, which I appreciated. I genuinely liked Dr Kundu and found him to be very pleasant with great bedside manner. Once the procedure was over and I was awake, my husband was allowed back into the room. Dr. Kundu came back and discussed his findings and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this clinic and give them 10 stars.

This agency needs a rehaul. I was sent here as a referral. The owner of the company whom is also…read moreone of the PT shows up at my door uninvited basically pushing his way into my home. He stated as he had tried to call the day before. But, I received no voicemail from the company. ( But, phones were messed up in our area ) I wasn't given a set schedule when nurses where to come out . If I called the office to find out it was like pulling teeth to get an answer to my question as I was passed off to several ppl with maybe we can get someone out. Supplies I needed was also a problem bc they company wouldn't bring out enough. But wanted me to change my wound when it got wet. Again, having to call the company and being told hopefully we can get someone out. Or they didn't have enough supplies. And needed to order more. Bc of their negligence I ended up with an serious infection and had to be admitted to the hospital. Some of the employees were actually caring and tried to do everything in their power to help. So it's not all bad with the company. But , I wouldn't make them my first choice ever again.
