He installed the door so that it opened from the opposite side as the front door. This was very awkward and I was to the point of not being able to live with it. Then the whole door fell off! Turns out he didn't use long enough screws to keep the door in place. Looking more closely, I could see that he just used a variety of old screws he probably had laying around. Now I have to get the door reinstalled, but I definitely don't want Charles touching it. Money down the drain.
