Revival has competitive pricing, but more important than that to me is the quality of the customer service I've received. They are very attentive, friendly, patient, and ask good questions about what's going on. They have never looked down on me for not knowing all the answers, which is what I've gotten at other stores. They're also a locally-owned and operated business, not a chain, so if you like to shop local, this is a great spot for you. I brought my iPhone 7 in after it stopped charging and because it was a simple fix they actually did it for free!! The other shops said they'd charge me $80+ to do the same fix. I'm a big fan of this place and will be going to Revival for my future repair needs from now on.

Screen is fixed but now laptop fans make it too loud to use, seem to have traded one issue for another. Ended up just buying a new one. Owner seems to be a fine guy but was not a good experience I would recommend to others. If I had been more local and not out of state constantly, would've picked it back up after the first month and went to Best Buy or something. Maybe those with more technical PC knowledge will fare better.

I brought my 22 Ultra in for a screen repair. They did not inform us that they would be using…read moreaftermarket parts. upon receiving the phone the back plate is separated from the back. A problem that I originally did not have. The screen now has a border around it and is not operating correctly for a Samsung 22 ultra. Upon calling them they admit to not informing us that they were using aftermarket parts, saying they assume everyone knows that it's aftermarket parts and said it was no problem for me to pay the difference and get what I expected in the first place. I told them.it was dishonest for them to not inform us upfront that it would not look like the original screen and worse off for them to try to charge us more money to make it right. The workmanship is another issue. The fact that the phone come back with a different issue than it came in with is uncalled for. In the end they offer a refund to put the original (broken) screen back in and wave the service fee to fix the backbplate. In all their shady business practice from the start to the end and poor workmanship is grounds for the 1 start. Beware being swindled by this company.

Worst rated business I've seen in a while…read more I Called jun 18th 2026 to get a quote on a screen I was left on hold for 30 minutes as of this writing , unknowing the employee didn't mute the phone and appeared to be training another employee by the sound of the conversation , I picked up on the name Josh They discussed smoking marijuana and other unprofessional things believing nobody was listening They proceeded to discuss how they take advantage of insurance companies and how they " put the phone down " when calls come in, insinuating that when calls come in, they take the phone off the hook so customers can not reach the team, im a business owner and I understand stressed staff but this is absolutely unacceptable, along with talks of other illegal practices Stay far away from this business, they do not care about their customers one bit

All of these items were repaired over a year ago, and are still working great. 1 of the iPhone displays was previously taken to another company, which could not fix it, and told me the phone was broken, so wanted me to pay for their services despite not fixing. Bisconti was able to fix it without issue. 1 of the iPhones had some response issues with the home button after the display was replaced, but Bisconti took it back under their warranty, and had it fixed within an hour. The iPads had deformed backshell due to them being dropped on corners. Bisconti was able to work around this issue and get new working screens on.

When I set up a phone appointment, he didn't respond. When I canceled my account they accessed my credit card anyway and made a charge. This was a couple years ago. They sent me a text this year and and told me they were going to access my credit card again. I let them know that this was not going to happen, but I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so they couldn't access it. Stay away from these people!
