The meals are for the most part, reheated frozen meats and vegetables with absolutely no care for preparation. Salads are made days in advance and served no matter what the wilted leaves look like. Response to a call button can take over a hour. Bedding changes are infrequent or ignored. But the most important thing is the food is simply horrible!!! Always served cold or slightly warm. And you have no idea what you're getting even if you request something. Think really hard about sending a loved one to this nightmare.
