The biggest downside was the atmosphere. It was extremely crowded, and the vibe leaned more toward social hour than relaxation. Most spas encourage quiet so everyone can enjoy the experience, but two separate groups were loudly chatting in the hot tub for over an hour, and nothing was said or enforced by staff. Their conversations could be heard throughout other areas, which took away from the calm, spa-like environment. Overall, the price is appealing, but better crowd management, feature maintenance, and enforcing spa etiquette would significantly improve the experience.

It basically is specific diff virtual workouts all in a 125degree hot dry sauna. Crazy but why not? They offer a free session for first timers. So we went and spoke with Shelby who was very informative and super nice. She showed us all the plans and all the facilities. Besides having something like 10 hot saunas where up to 3 people can do a workout like Pilates, yoga, cycling, or rowing, there is also a small space with brand new weights and iso machines to complement the whole workout. We signed up, bought our towels and mats and did a 30min yoga workout. Detoxification at its hottest! So hot. So sweaty but it felt good. I highly recommend trying it!
