I was about 5 minutes early but the lady let me in and made me a cup of tea. I called and made an appointment the day before for an underarm detox, ear candling and lymphatic massage. The gentleman took my credit card to secure the appointment and told me it would about 2-2.5 hours for everything, which was perfect. However, they never had me down for an appointment at all. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and extremely unorganized. No one was there to provide my services so I waited about 20 minutes, relaxed and drank my tea. Someone finally arrived and I explained what services I needed. She brought me back to the room while she set everything up. It was definitely a different type of experience as I never had an underarm detox or ear candling. The lymphatic massage was not at all what I was expecting she massaged near my armpits for no more than 15 minutes while whatever she put on my armpit soaked in, if that's the correct word. The ear candling was pretty cool and she basically told me I can do it myself so super cheap. I was out of there in less than an hour. I was given a spray for my armpits and a sample of sea moss gel (which happened to be good). I wasn't impressed with the services which was so unfortunate because I would rather patronize a local small business instead of a franchise. read more

I was just looking for a massage therapist while here TDY and somehow ran into this healing spa. The available options spoke to me, I knew I had to give them a chance, and I thank God that I did. I waited a few days to post my review, leaving there I felt so refreshed and something told me to wait to explain the lasting effects instead of the immediate. I went in for my first ever reiki session this last weekend and it's an experience I'll never forget. During, I had so many break throughs and reassurances that I knew exactly why I was there. Initially, I didn't realize how much I needed that healing but I felt the positive shift throughout my session. Days after I still feel the remnants of removing the blockages I had and have been enlightened. After my reiki, I did the foot detox. The look in the foot tub was GNARLY however, the after effects have been great! Prior to, I was experiencing sluggishness and acne. The day after the detox I did breakout but on day two and three, my skin cleared up and the inflammation was minimal. Also, I haven't needed energy drinks since. I had the pleasure of coming back by here today. I was doing a IV with vitamin B12 and vitamin C. The atmosphere here is always so pleasant. I decided to add on a foot detox for $25. I was a little sad today because my puppy had passed away last night .The owner brought me a pretty rose color stone and said it helps with grief and opens the heart. My husband and I came down for the weekend for a quick getaway. We came to the spa to see what they had to offer my husband since he was in kidney failure. We were not disappointed! They suggested a foot detox to pull the toxins and he could feel an immediate result. They also recommended a vitamin injection, but for him they did the shots because he didn't need the fluids. The spa is clean and the receptionist was pleasant the massage was good. My wife and I booked massages and only one therapist showed up. There was no backup plan or a call from management in advance to explain there was an issue and provide options. We arrived early to fill out paperwork, sat for 15 minutes and was confronted with the therapist and a receptionist to explain there is no other therapist. This is poor ownership with zero outreach to fix a problem, poor customer service. This is not the way to treat people. read more
