What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available.
