Took my son here for the first time today, Isaiah cut his hair and did a PERFECT job. We were going from shop to shop previously and EVERY barber would overdo the haircut and cut it too short leaving my teenager looking like a 5 year old boy, and I am happy to say we can stop searching!! Just got my hair down by Lauren and I'm so happy The spot is cute and it's dope that they have multiple services and cater to everyone. I came in impulsively wanting to chop everything off. My hair had grown to my lower back and sitting so dull and lifeless. Lauren's consultation helped me out and we decided on a length and layers. The cut and blowout really achieved what I wanted. I decided to not cut it as short as I originally wanted when coming in but seeing her skill now makes me feel confident in myself and mostly her that she'll do a fantastic job when I'm ready for that chop. I feel bad giving such a low rating, but I'm so disappointed and want to save other people the teen melt down that I had to endure. My son wanted to keep the length that he worked so hard to grow, and just get his hair cleaned up around the ears and naps of neck, a little texture, and the very tips of his hair trimmed slightly to take off the heat fried parts. What he got was a good 4 inches lopped off -unevenly. I really don't even know what to say about this cut. Was the woman high? Was she sick? Did some tragedy just befall her to lead her into such a level of distraction and inability? I'm not sure. But something surely went terribly wrong, and my sons head tells the sad tale. read more
