I came here on my cousin's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! The salon is beautiful, spacious, and has plenty of manicure and pedicure stations, so it never felt crowded. I also love that they offer additional services like head spa treatments, facials, and eyelash extensions, making it a great one stop shop for self-care. We came in for manicures and pedicures and were taken care of right away. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our nail techs did an amazing job, and we were so happy with the results. One detail I especially appreciated was that they have each nail technician's Venmo and Zelle QR codes readily available to scan for payment. The first red flag was when I specifically asked for **Gel-X in a small length**, and the nail tech told me she couldn't do small and suggested doing medium and cutting them down instead. During the application, she had to remove and reapply the Gel-X tips several times because they weren't fitting properly. At that point, I honestly just wanted to leave. She even asked if it was my first time getting Gel-X, which surprised me because I get my nails done every three weeks. What really bothered me was how aggressively my natural nails were filed. I was able to get a same day appointment. I called in the morning and spoke to Terry. She for me in at 1:15. I got there a bit early. The receptionist asked if I wanted to use the restroom first. I did. It was clean and looked newly renovated. The manicure/predicate area was HUGE. Never seen anything like that. After I used the rest room, they walked me to the head spa lounge and treatment area. I confirmed which service I wanted (75 min) and added a 35 min foot massage. They walked me through glass doors where I was transformed into a more relaxing space. I was provided with a satin tube dress and a changing room. After changing, I picked a locker to put my stuff in. Then they walked me to a very quiet and dim area where my treatment would take place. It was so great. I wasn't sure what to expect but I basically got a foot massage, a facial, scalp, face, and shoulder massage, hot stone massage, double shampoo, double conditioner, got snacks, warm tea, and other shoulder massage while sitting in a hair stylist chair where she worked out knots on my right shoulder, hair dried with serum, and iced Vietnamese coffee to finish. Shoulder and neck massage: 10/10 I appreciated them asking to check on the pressure, and I appreciate it every step from the warm towel, the hot stones, and the massaging in specific pressure points. Facial: 8.5/10 The mini Facial did left my face feeling extremely soft. There is no extra extractions or anything that was painful during the Facial. During the microderm, I wish my face was a little bit more moisturized as the device felt slightly dry pressing against my face. I do also wish that they kept the face mask serum on my face. I come here because the quality of Cerritos Nails was top tier and the boss had her girls doing things right. But I went to get the elevation deep tissue package that is $159 and not only did I not receive half of the services advertised but the tech had me in a spare room with no supplies and kept opening and closing the door and then leaving the door open so anyone could walk by and I could hear all the noise from the salon. Super disappointed in this service. I think Terry is a great business woman but I think there's a lot going on in this salon and whoever the other boss is needs to get a better grip. read more

This place and its manager are very very rude- not the type of professionalism or attitude you'd expect to come to at a place where you're going to treat yourself. I asked the manager clarification on a nail color/shape, and she was incredibly rude and dismissive...and loud- absolutely uncalled for, and something I've never witnessed before. They said that they didn't have any of the major colors available (OPI's funny bunny etc). Ive been to almost every single nail salon in the area and this has to be my worst and most unprofessional experience at a place yet. They also have no idea what they're doing. I left the nail salon with everything exactly opposite of what I had wanted. Keep in mind, I came in for just a basic regular manicure and pedicure. Please save your money and steer away from this place. Reading other reviews on here now, and seeing that many other customers had dealt with incredibly rude and condescending staff. To the management at this place, we are all adults and professionals...most importantly- PAYING CUSTOMERS. How dare you all treat your customers like this and ruin their day. My friend and I booked a reservation for 3pm for a head massage. The interior was huge, and beautiful with manicure and pedicure massage chairs. We were escorted to a back private room entrance into a spa area. When we arrived we were promptly asked to change our top into a smock like top. Hannah was my masseuse. We chose the elevation deluxe package which was discounted to $92. Since they had specials, it's even cheaper on a weekday. Hannah started massaging my head and the pressure was too strong. I kindly asked her to lessen the pressure and she did. While she was doing my mini facial and massaging my face, she turned on a hot steam machine which blew on my face. Then she massaged my shoulders and finally turned on the water spraying machine and started massaging my hair and washed it. Overall, I thought Hannah did a good job following the steps of the elevation deluxe package. I had already been to other head-spas so I knew what to expect. It was my friend's first time and she loved it. What I liked was the service here. You enter a separate room to blow dry your hair and a special treat a mandarin, herbal tea, a cookie, and a choice of an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. I got the guava heat and it was refreshing. The wow factor here is next level. I mean where are you going to find a place that literally has it all. You walk into this gorgeous large space that is well kept. The attention to detail from staff does not go unnoticed. We booked a spa session that is all the way to your right when you walk in and you feel like you've stepped into a magical land of pure zen. For 75 min we were treated to a scalp wash, face treatment, neck massage. And after you're left in a comatose state of relaxation they wake you up (most likely you will fall asleep) and take you to the blow drying area where they do a rough dry of your hair. They put some soft hair oil while you sip on some delish tea and a tangerine to just take you back to reality. We made sure to book a 120 min session in May and we cannot wait to see what's in store for us. If you haven't checked this place out, what are you waiting for? You deserve it! read more

I arrived to my appointment about 10 minutes early and I was taken into the facial area rather quickly. I did get the 90 minute facial, which was a bit too long for me laying on your back with a bad back. It's never a good thing, but the technician I'd let her know that my back was hurting and she did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable, but we had to end it about 15 minutes early. I then went in for my pedicure, and my technician was Anna, who was very polite. Did a great job I'll be back and I'll be requesting her for my next one also. The facility is absolutely beautiful. It's clean. The areas are separated between manicures pedicures. I was invited here by a friend the weekend before Mother's Day. It was my first time ever going to any head spa so I don't have much to compare it to, but honestly I felt this place was very nice. This place was huge when we walked in. We were greeted at reception where they asked for our names and then were ask to wait a few minutes. We decided to go to the restroom and by the time we came back they were ready for us. We were escorted to the right of the entrance down a long hall tot he back. There was a nice sitting area, a cute backdrop wall and a little bar where you can get a cocktail, mocktail or tea after your treatment. I had a really nice worker named Tiana and my friend got Jolie. We were escorted into a back room where we were given locker spaces to put our valuable that came with a key and a lock. After that we were given sleeveless robes to put on. (Be aware there is only one room to do this so if you come with a friend you can fit in the room together but anything more then than will need to take turns. Prices are decent, but again this was my first time so I don't have much to compare it to. The place was very clean so that was good. Once you're done they blow dry your hair or you can pay more to have it styled. We both really enjoyed our spa day and will definitely be coming back! read more

Honestly not 100% sure why this place has such great reviews. I came here for the head spa specifically and this was my experience. We came after seeing a post that was promoting the head spa experience starting at $55 and Mon-Thursday there is 25% off, with 20% off on the weekends. We got here on a Wednesday when they opened for our appointments and were told that was an old price, it is now $60 and they are only offering 20% Monday-Thursday and 15% off on weekends. The manager lady with glasses was pretty rude and not understanding at all, as we came here for the deal being promoted on their social media. She also seemed to be rude to her employees which was off putting. I got the 45 minute "elevation retreat" package which was $60 during the week. The atmosphere is nice and the space is really big and relaxing. I really wanted to like this and relax, but it was far from that. Only about 20-25 minutes was spend in the head spa part..most of it was spend being blow dried in cold room. It truly felt like a glorified hair washing/drying. The massage was no more than 3 minutes, the pressure was extremely hard and fast making it far from relaxing, and the water used to rinse my hair was cold. The actual water therapy was used 3 times total for less than a minute. This was such a bummer and the whole reason we came. There was a quick facial incorporated throughout the head spa portion, but the products used were the cheapest on the market (all water based like what you buy at dollar stores/Daiso). This made a huge impact cause it makes tangles in your hair and then when they massage, it just rips your hair. Then again when they towel dry it, it rips so much of your hair out. They don't put any product in before blow drying, nor do they brush it so again, more hair is being pulled out and it's painful. Overall, I would not recommend this place based off of the sketchy pricing, overpricing, and overall lack of relaxing experience. So bummed we wanted to love this place read more

My technician had the softest hands with the incredible technique --the facial alone had me fully relaxed before we even started on my scalp. The water therapy and massage were so soothing; the 120 minutes just flew by. I saw a huge difference in my scalp and hair afterward, and my skin felt incredibly smooth and glowy. Disappointed in the customer service in my experience. Let me prefece by saying I have not expericed their services. We canceled due to our experience. My friend made an appointment for us. It was a bridal treat to us both. We got a text message from someone the night before (appox. 14 hours before our appointment), asking if we could move our appointment to an earlier time. We both we're okay with it but they never confirmed the following morning and the changed appointment was very soon, within 2-3 hours. So my friend had to reach out to them to see what time we were coming in. They had said they needed to ask a worker to come in and they said the worker didn't want to come in so early? It was a very unprofessional situation. We were so confused and irritated with the situation so my friend called to clarify everything. Whoever we were speaking to tried to backtrack and tried to say they never confirmed the time change so we still had that original time. Due to the confusion and inconvenience, we asked for a discount and they said no, which is their right. This review and my main grievance is about the approach to the last minute request for time changes to convienece them, communication issues and professionalism, not about them not giving us a discount for all the inconvenience. read more
